The house was well located: it is walking distance to the beach and a state park, as well as to two brew pubs. In general, the house is well equipped with appliances and dishes. It has both a small front porch and a back patio.

The house - at first glance- seemed clean, but it quickly became clear that the floors were very dirty. The kitchen and the bathrooms were all clean, but throughout the house the floors were sandy and dusty. The vacuum didn't really work, nor was the broom able to really clean the floor.

The master bedroom bathroom had zero power and lights. No one showed up even after I reported it. Made for a uncomfortable stay. There was sand on the same bedroom floor. The main house heater would not work. No matter after following instructions it would not. And kitchen sinks plumbing came undone after pouring hot water down the sink thus pouring onto kitchen floor.we we’re not able to start dishwasher and tidy up due to cheap pipe used that melted. I would definitely get a better handyman as they used the wrong scheduled pipe for that application.

Location,cleanliness,amenities this place was amazing. Located fairly close to docks which is great if you are there for fishing. Close to town. The beds were comfortable nice showers, washer dryer dishwasher all nice.

The yard could use a little attention. Mostly weeds growing. Also need something letting guests know where keys to BBQ are.

The local manager contact phone number was disconnected, if we had needed it there was nobody to call. We didn't need to call so it was ok.

Really nice updates to an older house. Great kitchen. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Roomy bedrooms, 3 bath, 2 with showers and great water pressure. Large yard. Nice deck. Great place for kids. You can tell the owners put in alit of thought and effort!

It was freezing cold when we got there. It took 15 20 min to adequately warm up. A fully fenced back yard would be amazing for the pets and kids.

Booking.com listing did not make it very clear ( in fact it is written in very small letters) of cleaning fee. I was a bit mislead, even though cleaning fee per stay must be pretty standard.

Great kitchen with all the supplies you need. Large bedrooms with nice linens.

Beach towels that are not white. The king sized bed is very hard and uncomfortable, it could use a mattress topper. Dining chairs are also uncomfortable.
