This condo was amazing

The condo unit was huge! It was perfect for our family of 5. The balconies were the perfect place to start and end each day. We loved the mountain views! The furniture in the condo and on the balcony is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, conveniently located. Very easy check in and out. Clean with plenty of the stuff you need! I sish we had booked longer.

This place was everything the pictures said it would be! There was some small construction noise that was expected, but we heard nothing in our condo, even with the windows open at night. The communication with the staff was fantastic, they had great recommendations. You have a reserved parking spot for your condo, that is underground. Anything you need in the kitchen was there, also came with washer pods. The bed was super comfortable. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was towels available for the hot tub on our way out to it. We had to take bath towels, but that’s a small thing that didn’t make or break the trip! All in all we will be back and have told all our friends and family!

Excellent stay

Everything was good except for smell from new constructions.

My only negative was the parking stall size - very tight. Other than that it was perfect. Even with construction, we weren’t bothered by it.

Only a 10 minute walk away from downtown Canmore, or a grocery store. The view was incredible. Overall a great place to stay. The only complaint, which is a very nitpicky complaint, is that the knives were a little not sharp.

It’s not convenient for international travelers to contact via phone number! That would be better if we can contact to each other directly from mail!

Great Mountain Views

The condo was pristine and comfortable. The office staff were wonderful when we informed them there was a paper wasp nest on our balcony and they had an exterminator taking care of it in less than 24 hours. The larger development is lovely, but there is ongoing construction all around and the view of trees and mountains we had will be gone in short order with another condo complex going up in front. If a view is important to you, get more information before booking a particular unit.

The apartment is well located. It has everything a family will need to enjoy their stay in beautiful Canmore.

We loved it! Wish we had more time to stay longer! The parking spaces are very small. We were concerned we would fit, but finally did. That was the only downside if there is one.

Only compliant I have is the WiFi was slow during evenings. Other than that, everything was great.

Close to every think and very quite

The room looks nice, but some areas need maintenance.

Exceeded our expectations. Our unit was 2 beds/two baths We stayed for 5 nights in August 2024. Everything was perfect. Very Clean , spacious, big rooms & baths, new appliances, washer/dryer onsite. Only thing missing was dresser in beds. Mirrors are only in baths.

This property is new, modern, well furnished, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment stays quiet all night. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The in unit washer and dryer worked fine. We would love to return to this apartment.

We really enjoyed staying in Canmore and the condo at Spring Creek was very nice, well appointed and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

It was the nice experience to stay here. The room is so clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, close to the restaurant and highway.

Property is new, clean and spacious. You can find anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Highly recommended for travel with family.

Amazing views, very clean!

The suites were lovely. It is quite expensive but worked out well for our three families.

Overall was good but construction was an eyesore Couldn’t stay on balcony because of construction dust 😡

A little difficult to find where we to park and the elevator. Could use a stepstool in the condo as I am 5'0 ft tall. The condo was beautiful and we overall loved it. Very convenient location and we would definitely stay there again!

Host was not quick to respond or resolve issues. There was no instructions on how to turn on the gas BBQ or the manage the AC system. They were also missing some very basic items like salt and pepper, and plastic wrap. I sense we were the 2nd guests to stay there, making us the guinea pigs. Disapointing experience overall. They eventually called us after repeated messages about the issues on our last day. They hung up the phone mid-explaination. Very strange. They finally gave us a written answer later that day, at 12-midnight. Unfortunately we were leaving in the morning, so none of the food we planned to BBQ got used. For future guests, do not turn off the AC when you leave for the day, because it takes 24 hours to drop 1-2 degrees, and 48 hours to drop 3-4 degrees. We made that mistake, so we were dealing with 27-28 degrees for a couple nights. Despite the bad experience, which could be overlooked, I would not stay here again. The space is very poorly laid-out and designed. The living room is too small and the ensuite bathroom is too large. There is a lack of privacy in the bedroom and bathroom, so you pretty much need to keep the roller shade down the whole time, which defeats the purpose of having such large glass windows. By contrast the living room had limited windows which ruins the view of the mountain (if you can ignore the construction below). Ideally it would have been designed in reverse, with a full glass livingroom. Location was good though.

Everyone in our group loved our stay. We hope to come back one day
