we love to stay in this hotel. it was easy to walk around the neighborhood, and it was well located, so we walk almost to everywhere we need to go, and if you need a taxi, the staff was helpful to get ir for you. the only problem was the have only one restaurante and ir was often occupied for other people, so you have to look for another place to eat.

Good hotel fairly centrally located. The lobby area was really nice, and the walkway to the hotell was besutiful. The very proffessional and friendly staff helped us with dinner reservations, tickets to attractions etc. The hotell has washing machines, a fitness room, and a nice common bath area. The rooms are standard size, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice.

Beautiful hotel, attentive service, rooms are spacious and lovely. The location is convenient. Breakfast in hotel was a good value. The on site onsen was a great way to start and end the day. The face products in the room are amazing! The shower pressure was great. We loved our stay and this hotel. It was the best choice of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan.

I had to change the reservation dates twice due to my error. When the change was made the price more than doubled and this was overlooked by me. Because this was a reservation with Hotels.com and not the hotel the hotel was not able to make any adjustments. So the cost of this room increased by two and one-half times to a rate I would never knowingly pay. Not a pleasant bit of news when I checked into the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very helpful but could not make and adjustments.

Our stay at The Blossom Kyoto was unforgettable! The hotel exudes a serene, Zen atmosphere that made us feel instantly at peace. The spacious rooms are well-appointed with plenty of modern amenities, ensuring ultimate comfort. The service was top-notch—attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The highlight was the private onsen for guests, a perfect place to unwind after exploring Kyoto. The world-class restaurant was equally impressive, offering delectable cuisine. We highly recommend The Blossom for anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious experience in Kyoto! Additionally they offer a well priced bag pickup and drop-off service and the hotel was within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and more importantly the must visit Nishiki Market's!

Beautiful property with excellent restaurant and boutique feel. A public lounge with snacks and beverages and a coin-op laundry were big pluses.

It was a good experience, in general. Our room had a window but abutted against the building next door so it was quite dark, but the room had a comfortable layout and bed. The laundry scene is chaotic as some of the reviews expressed and the dining areas get quite crowded. The staff was lovely though and very helpful about making dinner reservations for us. And the neighborhood is great!

This was a beautiful hotel close to one of the metro stations in the city. We enjoyed our stay and time at the hotel onsen.

A wonderful zen hotel! Loved it. If we return to Kyoto, I'll book The Blossom Kyoto again.

Everything was wonderful ... except the noise. The hotel is on Gojo: one of Kyoto's busiest (and loudest) streets. And it is at a traffic light where motorcycle gangs rev their engines non-stop whilst waiting for the lights to change - and directly across the street is the fire department ! Yes, they changed rooms for me after he first night, but again steetside, just a few floors up (that did make a difference). EVERYTHING else is WONDERFUL - but make sure by all means that your room dies not face Gojo !!!

We like the guest lounge. We can drink and eat snacks for free while doing the laundry which includes free laundry soap.

Great and beautiful hotel with very capable and friendly staff. Hotel room is nice with tatami mats. We had a separate shower and toilet which was nice for getting ready with more efficiency. Overall stay was comfy and convenient.

Very clean, attentive staff, great breakfast, and nice onsen. I would love to stay at this one or other locations again.

We really enjoyed staying at The Blossom Kyoto. The facility was great and we loved the room. Also very happy with the staff and service. We really recommend this hotel if you visit Kyoto.

The hotel is fantastic, I was really impressed with it's modern twist on traditional Japanese style. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards, and the staff were always on hand to help you out. Right next to the train station, but it was a little outside of the busy parts of town, so it was quiet, but also requured a bit of a walk or one stop on the train to go out

The location was great since there were lots of restaurants nearby and the Kyoto station was only one stop away. The service was very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good to start our day. Overall, it was awesome. We may stay here again if we come back to Kyoto.

If I ever go back to Kyoto, I am staying here. I loved the lounge and the onsen that are are part of this hotel. Everything about it was fantastic!!

The Custer support was amazing! Yui Okuda is amazing! She helped me and my friend for two hours trying to figure something out about how to travel back to Tokyo. She tried her best to help us and you could tell she genuinely wanted to help us. She was super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel with such great staff! Thanks again Yui you are awesome!

Excellent hotel, the entrance is beautiful and gave some respite from the heat outside. The staff very welcoming, the location is convenient and the train and various buses are close by. Terrific breakfast.

Very 👍. The bedroom was in excellent condition. The welcome drink was also good, and I loved the service drink and ice cream.

Very friendly staff, you fell welcomed. Room are not too small. Good to have laundary machines and a lounge to have snacks and have a drink or a coffee.

Loved this hotel and will stay here again. It’s pretty central to everything about a mile walk to everything. If you rather take the subway, the station is just one street down. The room was very comfortable and very quiet! I’m a light sleeper so there was no noise from the hallway.

Lots of good spots around the area in walking distance 3 of which are 24hr less then a 5 min walk to the train station very convenient friendly staff that will help with any accommodation

The rooms are on the small side so if travelling with luggage for a 2 week trip not much room to store clothing. No desk in room either.
