The hotel overall is a good stay. Walked in was greeted warmly and check in was easy. Asked the lady behind the desk what are good spots to eat. She was very helpful, and there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. They have a full bar, which was cool. They also have a fun area in the hotel with pickel ball court, cornhole boards, a big connect four board. The rooms were very nice and not that expensive based on other hotels. Highly recommend

Comfortable and quiet. Super friendly staff. The hotel bar is a plus, nicely stocked for a small hotel. Bartender Fernando is very knowledgeable. Lovely stay.

The first night we were there our room was right by the bar and it was loud until 1:30 AM which was unfortunate. The first room also had two spiders in it.
The second night we were in a different room further down the hallway and it was much more comfortable and completely quiet.
It was a very nice hotel for what we needed for the weekend. The staff was definitely terrific. The amenities were very nice as well.

A comfortable and quiet stay. Great location to serve as ome base while we toured several distilleries. Room and facilities were clean and decorated nicely. Only hiccup; our room keep stopped working the second day. The front desk quickly resolved the issue.

This was a really cool boutique hotel in a quaint town surrounded by distilleries to tour. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent, but I loved the free Keurig machine. I had multiple mochas. We will definitely return.

Very nice. But keep your expectations in check. Not the Ritz. Clean with the basics. Nice coffee machine in lobby. Near town, The Ky. Dinner Train, restaurants and bourbon distilleries. Very nice staff. The drain plug was broken in bathroom (I fixed myself) and the key reader / lock to the door was not working properly and made it a chore to get in the room all the time. They said they could not fix it but were soon getting new locks installed. They said they could put us in a 2nd floor room, but we opt to keep the 1st floor room with the broken lock and deal with it. A typical free lower cost hotel breakfast, walkable to fast food and other restaurants.

When we arrived the hallway to our room had poop all down it. The smell was stifling. When we entered the room it had a very strong musty smell. It was overwhelming. The mirrors were dirty. Smudges all over. The headboards greasy/streaky. The bedding stained. We used our own. The coffee pot in the room overflowed everywhere. TV was TINY. There wasn't a guide as to what channels were available. Hair in the bathroom.
We will never stay again. Waste of money.

We had such a wonderful stay, my family and I will always return to the distill inn when in Kentucky. Mary and staff were truly amazing, they treated us just like family. Our stay was so good that our 1 night stay turned into a 2 night stay!!!
