A very cozy, quiet, clean stay. All the comforts of home, in a quiet neighborhood. The manager was wonderful. Definitely recommend this property!

Our stay was enroute to the western section of the island. The location, a short distance from the TCH was convenient. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Staff were friendly, informative and efficient. The breakfast setting and menu were excellent.

Booked last minute. 2 twin beds in a small room which was Ok. But room was small and warm AC not working great. Bathroom was private but outside of the room down the hall.

Great quiet place you can use to get anywhere in the city. It also has a relationship agreement with the rafting organizers in town and the rafting organizers with the zip line. Breakfast was good and the room fulfill al basic needs

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The property is well kept and quiet. Easy to get to everywhere in Grand Falls. Bed was a bit squeaky but not too bad. Breakfast had choice between hot or cold. Contactless check-in and great communication from Inn. Would highly recommend.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever stayed in. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. Ample outdoor spaces, immaculate grounds and as a bonus, walking trails just off the back of the yard. The best part however was the gentleman who looks after the property and welcomes the guests. A lovely individual with so much information to share.

It was a nice place beautiful inside and out. When I arrived the lady handed me the room key and asked what time I wanted breakfast I told her I wasn’t going to have breakfast. She said your room is over there and that was the end of the conversation. I got the feeling i was bothering her so I never said anything and went to my room. The room was nice and cozy the shower was very small other then that it was nice

The Carriage House was a perfect stop along our route to St. John’s. Check-in was easy. We received an email saying that our room was ready and to just come in. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. A full hot breakfast was included in the price of the room and was exceptional. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also easy on and off the Trans Canada Hwy.

Found it too regimented for us.
Trying to run a lot of rooms by themselves for breakfast so you have to choose a half hour time slot the day before so they don’t hire extra serving staff.
Told by text the day before you will have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the house, but no chair to use to put on or off your shoes and found our socks were black from their stairs and floors.

This is a lovely B&B. The owners are nice people and keep a perfectly clean and attractive property.
A nice breakfast is also provided.
Would definitely stay again while travelling through Newfoundland.
