Very Nice hôtel and people very professional

I had an exceptional stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant and pool, gym exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and top-notch service.

Staff is great, breakfast is awesome

The Hôtel is lovely with a great pool but the surrounding areas were almost like slums with no bars and restaurants. Also while the hotel is on the sea access to the sea was cut off for building works so that was a huge disappointment.they are building more hotels so you cannot see the beautiful sea. Very disappointing.

Nice view, nice restaurants

This is our second stay at Tre Fontane and it was just as great as the first time. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms and decor are beautiful and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Always great dinner recommendations, the free hotel shuttle is super convenient. If you want a beautiful place to stay outside of the busy city, this is your spot. Perfect home base to schedule day trips to Naples, Pompeii, capri etc. The pool is our favorite spot on the property, just wish it was open a little later!

Great property. Wish other things were closer by but it is a good place for rest and if you do not mind taking the train then you can definitely go to places.

Lovely hotel, great spot for getting to/from naples airport - about 35euro in a taxi/20mins drive (much quicker than any central naples hotels). It was a perfect "last day" spot for me, after a week on the amalfi and wanting a hassel-free early morning transfer. This hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, fantastic restaurant (actually the best pasta I'd had all week!) and my room was really spacious and beautifully appointed (with a v. comfy bed!!). It's in the perfect spot for visiting pompeii and herculaneum... if I'd found it sooner, i would have stayed here longer. My only small criticism was with drinks service... the staff were working hard throughout, but the menus are on QR codes, but without a means to order. There was about an hour when i was keen for a cocktail by the pool, but no one came to take my order (the waiter was serving inside/ upstairs). Similarly at dinner, i was given the QR code for the wine list but no one came until my food order (some time later as i was translating the whole menu on google translate!). It wasnt a huge deal for me, but honestly the hotel would have made a fair amount more dollar from me if service / ordering was tightened up! That said, the staff were are delightful, clearly working hard throughout, and i had a lovely stay. I would 100% stay again.

Absolutely amazing property, food, view, location. Most importantly, THE STAFF ARE AMAZING! Concierge was very helpful. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing. Beautiful place to stay close to everything. Loved it!

THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN NAPLES. They advertise themselves as being in Naples and make the room NONREFUNDABLE. This hotel is a minimum 20 minute train ride from Naples. It is in a suburb of Naples called Portici. If you plan to do any activities in Naples DO NOT STAY HERE. I discovered they are not in Naples 45 days before my stay was booked with them and contacted them multiple times and they refused any sort of refund, not even for a booking cancellation fee. THEY ARE NOT IN NAPLES.

Excellent place

Very helpful staff that goes out of their way to make the stay great. The breakfast buffet was very good including the espresso coffees. The facility is only a few years old and I would definitely stay here again. The location is a short ride from Herculaeum - there is a hotel shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up. Pompeii is a half hour drive or you can walk to a nearby train station and take the train to the Pompeii train station.

Our stay at Tre Fontane was excellent! All of the staff was very accommodating and treated our family like we were the only ones at the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle service which is very useful to get around the surrounding areas and to/from the airport. Thank you so much for making our stay an excellent one!

Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

From the start it was a mess. I gave them my airlines info as they requested Except they sent someone who does not speak English?? They does not work Maybe have them inside with the rest with a sign and the person's name on it. They did not have an English menu, it is in an area that is not safe for a single non speaking American. They have a lovely restaurant but no one speaks English nor can they explain the menu and when you try to log knot up on their website it is so small you can't see it. The hotel was empty yet they could not accommodate me asking me to pay for an ocean view room..so instead I was at the end of the hotel, no view and it was so loud you could hear the cars in the parking lot. I asked to talk to the property manager and I never heard from her. The front desk has limited English speaking as well. Here is where I am at, the only reason this place is "exceptional" is maybe one person reviewed it. Don't stay here until they realize who they need to cater to. Such a disappointing 3 days.

The staff, Sarah and Daniele were exceptional helpful and friendly. Bartenders were excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent room for the price, short complimentary shuttle ride to train station and archeological sites, view of the bay of Naples.

The gym is very small

Although you might miss it when you’re driving by but the moment you get inside the resort you’ll be pleasantly amazed, the staff, the accommodations and the services are amazing, the setting right of the seashore is wonderful, the rooms are very spacious and moderately designed. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property and LOVED our room. The staff was amazing and everyone was very friendly. They were patient and welcoming as we were learning and practicing Italian. We had an awesome stay and would totally return. Only downfall was the honking train in the morning one day, but that's not something that is avoidable.

Amazing location on the Portocino coast. You could see the lights of Naples, Capri, and Ischia in the distance from the property. Next level on site restaurant. Great people all around. Close to many restaurants and ancient sites.

This is a beautiful hotel near the water, with attentive staff and a large, modern suite. It is walkable to the train (only 10 min) to go to other large cities as there is not much to do in the area of the hotel.

Quier and clean

Premium stay location in the Naples area. There's a bit of local flavor nearby, but the main tourist draw is the nearness of the train station for easy access to the city. You can also choose to stay in the resort and have a very good time. Desk service and Daniel were top notch.
