When I called to confirm my reservation the host did not find my reservation. I got a bit worried. After sending an sms it was ok and he confirmed. When I arrived the outside door was open. Also the following days I never found the door closed. There is a door code but people in the house left always the door open by day and night (maybe because there was no handle). Is that safe? The instructions to find the key were a bit unclear for me (in french). I had to call the host, he did not take the phone but luckyly sent me an sms in english and then I found the key.
