Great spot close to the beach and also Duval Street while also being quiet!! Pool was a must-have amenity!

Stayed with my family here. The house was awesome and the location was perfect. Just a couple blocks away from anything you'd want. We had a couple critters visit for a bit, but everything went great. Turned out to be the best trip I've ever had with my siblings! I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Key West!

Close to many places. Nice home, a little dated, but has everything you would need.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance (if you don’t walking over a mile) to museums, restaurants, Duval st, shops and major sights. For the price we paid, I feel the property could update their appliances. The stove wasn’t working properly but we managed. It would also be helpful if they had a booklet showing their favorite restaurants, expensive or not expensive, pet-friendly places to take the pups, shopping areas, groceries, etc. Overall, the experience was great. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responds promptly. We’ll be back.

The house spacious enough for the 4 of us and had comfortable furniture, etc. We especially enjoyed being able to jump in the pool at the end of each day before going to dinner. Our family loved our stay in Key West at this property! The pool in the backyard was perfect and the size of the home was great for our family if 4! The property management company was very attentive - replacing a tv that has stopped working during the previous renter’s stay, along with reaching out during our stay to ensure we were aware of some road closings that could affect our travel home. There was someone who came by to maintain the pool and the plants as well outside. The home was very clean when we arrived aside from the floors could have been cleaned a little better from the cleaning crew. The wood tables throughout the house could use some maintenance or replacing- they were showing significant wear but nothing that would prevent us from coming here again. The property is within walking distance of the butterfly conservatory and we drove to Smathers beach and Fort Zachary Taylor several days during our stay for beach time with our kids!

This home on upper Duval was perfect for our first tour of Key West. It is located within walking distance of all the popular activities. If you prefer, the local trolly service is great and ride shares are available. This house is very clean and attractive. Each guest room has its own en suite bathroom. The private pool was a wonderful retreat in the morning with coffee or after a full day of touring. For quick supplies, there is a CVS within three blocks of the house. This is a great choice of a property in Key West.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice but there were several problems that frankly seemed negligent. The pool’s filter had not been changed and the heat was off(this is what the pool man told me). The place is advertised with a heated pool. I called the office immediately upon our arrival yet no one answered over the weekend. Check in is at 4 yet the office closes at 2. Seems like it would be a good idea to have someone make sure the rentals are all good instead of closing early. I called several times over the weekend (no response)and first thing on Monday and a pool man showed up and it took at least a week to get the pool to a descent temperature, that was the whole point of the rental. The beds are advertised as “extra comfortable beds” they are quite uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through them at every angle on all three beds. Additionally I asked if the two beds could be converted into one(also advertised) I was told yes, that didn’t happen. The downstairs bath smelled horrible of urine. By horrible I mean the whole downstairs would stink if that door is opened like a smack in the face. The fans in the bathroom didn’t turn on, the food disposal in the sink didn’t work. For the money we spent I feel like the place had some serious problems and should have been a lot more luxurious particularly the beds. The whole kitchen needs to be updated. Additionally the staff was unfriendly. One guy working there was really nice but when we arrived the person checking us in seemed curt.. she stopped us at the door and asked us to put a mask on . No prob did that. As my husband sat out side a woman walked by heading inside. He said to her hey they want you to wear a mask inside. He is the nicest guy, he wasn’t being a jerk, he was just letting her know. She turned and snapped at him “ I work here so I don’t have to wear a mask” mind you no one in all of Key West was wearing a mask. Are you kidding me!?! I co

We were two couples staying at this property while celebrating our 50th birthdays and anniversary. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pictures were very accurate. The house was very very clean. We really had no negatives. The only thing that could possibly be improved was the outside shower could use an update. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to everything. Loved hearing the roosters every morning!

Absolutely loved the house and great location! The pool was great to have and it was the perfect size for 5 of us.Definitely will be back!

As my 70th birthday was approaching, we decided we would go somewhere warm and tropical to celebrate. After a long search, Key West was our choice and Tropical Dreaming was just what we were looking for!!! Tastefully decorated, clean, warm and welcoming the home was wonderful. The online listing was spot on. My favorite was the private pool, where we spent most of our time during the day relaxing. The location was great for walking or driving to all that Key West has to offer. You couldn't ask for a better place to spend your vacation in Key West, it's a true Tropical Dream!! We would also like to give thanks to the Property Management for taking care of an AC issue so promptly!!!!

Stayed here for my 40th Bday Girls weekend. Had everything we needed and in walking distance to everything. Would stay again!

We loved the house and plan on staying there again. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location to Duvall was great. Loved hanging out in the pool and playing games on the deck! It’s 5 stars!!
