The unit is very nice and clean. Well kept.

It says it is close to the beach and that is true, however, the beach on this side of the island must be the worst in St. Maarten. Super muddy, no way you can swim there

Adoramos ficar aqui hospedados, um pedacinho do céu no meio das Caraíbas. Um lugar cheio de encanto, espaço bem tratado, a casa muito confortável. A cama e as almofadas eram das melhores que já experimentei fora de casa. A casa possuía tudo o que era necessário para a estadia, cozinha muito bem equipada. De ressaltar o nosso querido Pepa, o sr. que nos recebeu. Logo nos disse que não sabia falar muito bem inglês e que falava espanhol. Português que é português dá o seu toque de portenhol, e o Pepa matou as saudades de falar com outras pessoas. Foram 10 dias de muita conversa. Sempre prestativo, estava sempre lá. Deu-nos indicações preciosas de como nos locomovermos em Sint Maarten, e de locais onde poderíamos ir. Acredito que sem a ajuda dele nos primeiros dias estaríamos um pouco mais perdidos. Ajudou-nos em tudo o que pôde, e ficamos eternamente gratos. Adoramos estas férias, não sabemos se voltamos porque o mundo é cheio de novos locais para descobrir, no entanto ficará sempre no nosso coração. Já estamos com saudades!

We loved the room, the cat which named welcome, the pool. It was clean, friendly staff and very helpful.

The power outage. This was an All area power cut but the owners tried their very best to get back electricity for us, which they did in a couple hours. We didn’t have direct access to the beach area.

Convenience of location and hospitality of host. Very clean, quiet & peaceful.

Very comfortable apartment in good location. Best thing is still the staff. They let us stay till 17:00 without extra charge and they were always very helpful. Pool was small but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. And the "bonus" cat was the best.

Kitchen could have had a little more supplies. We did not really need them but if you want cook more it might bother. And it would be nice to have some basic spices like salt. Area may look shady to some but we did not find it at all scary.

Hôte très accueillant.Vraiment paisible comme endroit le jour , bien situé près de l artère principale avec cafés , Restos , clubs . Prendre notre café le matin sur notre balcon en regardant la mer , Priceless ! Les photos sont représentatives du lieu en vrai . Netflix gratuit , une belle surprise !

Les coqs qui chantent à toute heure, les chiens du voisinage qui jappent la nuit , la musique parfois très forte jusqu’à 2 h de la nuit . Vive Netflix !
