Was super comfy bed and liked the ease of checking in
The room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still clothes in the cupboard from previous stay.
The shower also was clearly blocked as I was stood in a pool of water in the shower taking ages to go down.

If i stay in this hotel its only for location.
In my 4 days period there was no room service and also all bed coverings were very old

We had to leave because we booked twin rooms via booking.com. the hotel has no twin rooms. We are waiting for a promised refund. It would be useful to talk to a person, but cannot get past AI !!!

Terrible experience! Avoid this hotel. Booking.com booked twin rooms and we arrived to find hotel has no twin rooms.
Hotel is different to most hotels, you did not feel comfortable, small rooms, not clean.
Office staff unhelpful when asking for a refund. Booking.com agreeable but no help from hotel. The hotel customer service number is invalid and my emails come back undeliverable.

Posizione centrale e comoda ai servizi. Dotato di parcheggio privato, seppure con pochi posti auto (ma mai del tutto pieno).
La camera odorava di chiuso. Il riscaldamento, che arrivava da una stufetta elettrica posizionata proprio sotto alla tv, era probabilmente fermo da qualche tempo perché all'accensione non faceva che peggiorare l'odore della stanza (oltre a scaldare l'unica mensola su cui si poteva appoggiare il cellulare in carica).
Le lenzuola del letto erano stropicciate, ma sembravano pulite. Gli asciugamani erano stati buttati (non erano piegati, ma appallottolati) sopra alla mensola del bagno e sembrava quasi fossero stati usati. Il dispenser del sapone era senza sapone.
Non mi è stata fornita la password del wi-fi e in reception si faceva fatica a trovare qualcuno (più volte, durante gli orari di apertura, ho trovato affisso il cartello "torno subito").
La cosa peggiore, infine, era il letto completamente sfondato.
Sono andata via con una notte prima del dovuto pur avendo pagato il soggiorno in anticipo.

Room was cold upon entry but once I had figured out how to turn heating on it was good. Maybe in future heating coiuld be turned on before guest arrives

Ótima localização e funcionários muito gentis e prestativos 24h na portaria.
Tivemos que trocar de quarto pois aparentemente o quarto estava pronto para nossa chegada, porém, ao sentar na cama, senti um cheiro muito ruim e percebi que a cama tinha sido arrumada, mas os lençóis não tinham sido trocados. Cheiravam muito mal. Na foto os quartos aparentam ser melhores e na verdade são muito pequenos.

Cleaner and receptionist who received us
last night the fire alarm went off because two men were smoking in the hallway and I called the emergency number dozens of times and no one answered.
I called the owner number which is here on booking.com but no one answered.
the alarm was ringing loudly in my head for over 30 minutes.
I couldn't sleep and today I woke up with a terrible migraine

This is a great little hotel in centre of Blackburn. Beds are clean and comfy. The young lady who on reception couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard and it's in a ideal location.
Not a lot really. Would have liked some milk with tea and coffee but that's all.

Wi-Fi was shut off after a couple of hours on arrival,didn’t get put back on till we were vertically leaving.so couldn’t even use the tv.
Various fittings in the room broken,toilet seat being one of them.
No air con ? Didn’t see one member of staff ?
24 hour reception advertised ? Didn’t see one member of staff and reception was always closed ?
No clean towels throughout our stay of about four days.

The hotel and the room was clean, quiet, staff helpful.
We had a perfect stay.
At first, at the entrance door how to key in the code and what to press... was confusing, another guest helped getting in and then we figured out that after the code we have to key in # so the door opens... :) it was ok after, but maybe this instruction could be a bit clearer in the email where the code is sent.

No staff on site. Room smelled discussing. Moved the bed and there were signs of previous vomit on the wall.unable to report to anyone.

No staff on site.struggled to gain access to room.needed smart phone to access code reader. Down load app then wait for email.surely they could have sent key code before we arrived.no fire escape information in room.no coffee .never stayed in a hotel with no staff.

Not really a criticism, just would have preferred to know beforehand, but the pool etc aren’t attached to the hotel- they are literally just s 2 minutes walk away. Hotel arranged for free passes for us ( 6 in our group).
