接客サービスは全体的にとても良かったが、サーキットでの体験走行に対して質問した時の対応に不十分な感じを受けた。サーキット現地では事前登録の情報が無かったため、私だけでなく他の外国人宿泊客も同様に混乱していた。ホテルのメインコンセプトなのでより正確な対応を期待したい。

Where do I start? I booked a King Room type for the nights and it was the best decision ever. The room so spacious and well designed and the best was we were blessed with the Mt Fuji View room! The service was great from check in to check out with everything spelt out clearly for our understanding. The location is only accessible by Car (not sure if they have shuttle services) but I reckon if you’re in this part of town, you’ll be driving. In summary + points : • big and spacious room • great shower facilities • comfortable beds and pillows • room has a table and 2 chairs for us to chill and have snacks/ do work • TV can connect AirPlay for Spotify and Netflix I will definitely come back again if I’m in this part of Japan in the future!

- points : • location for some as you will need a car to come to this place • night time driving to hotel the roads are not lit so be really careful • not too near local restaurants but I think people who stay here are usually here to spend the entire day chilling and having meals in the hotel restaurant which looks super great!

IT WAS GREAT THAT THERE IS A MOTORCAR MUSEUM, WHICH I MYSELF LOVED TO SEE AS PART OF MICHELIN FAMILY BEFORE. AND LOVE THE IDEA THAT WE CAN HAVE A MULTINOUS TOUR WHILST WE STAY IN THE HOTEL TO SEE THOSE CARS IN DETAILS.

I DON;T SEE MINIMARKET NEARBY OR VENDING MACHINE FOR DRINKS OTHER THAN THE ONE IN THE FRIDGE.

Amazing location. Absolutely exceptional Japanese food in the Robota Oyama restaurant! Also top-notch Omika wellness and spa, meticulous onsen. Highest style. Dont miss the race car museum - socially interesting not only for race fans.

I was not aware of the race track - interesting, but also a bit noisy.

The ambience, the spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, serenity of the place coupled with interesting motor museum and not forgetting the impeccable service.

The decoration is so detailed with racing style. The room is clean. Good experience in racing view and fuji view. You must try both view.

The location is 15-minute far from tourist area. The racing view room is a bit loud after 8am.

The staff were very proactive. Very helpful and go out of their way for any requests. Restaurants are kids friendly and the room is big and spacious with beautiful view of Fuji right in front of us. The onsen was great. Breakfast spread was good

Location is abit far from everything. 20 mins from Gotemba. The place was peaceful and serene though due to its location

The room was incredible and we saw mt Fuji with stunning views from our bed!!! The Onen was beautiful with Fuji views also. Everything was clean tidy and luxurious. The race car museum was really interesting to see and an added bonus.

房間很大，但加大雙人床有點小，應該用king size 床。 餐廳收費比較高，但有一定的品質，環境很美，可以看到富士山。 早餐有人沒公德心，咳嗽沒戴口罩取餐，衛生堪憂。 入住選擇賽車道景，但沒有看到賽車比賽，建議選擇富士山景色房型。 孩子十歲卻無法自行進入澡堂，很失望。

Not all front desk staff are friendly.

Love every moment of it. Staff were welcoming and service was excellent, expected nothing less. Upon arriving, I was informed that my room had been upgraded, and it the space was massive. The view of Mount Fuji was magnificent! Had dinner at their Italian restaurant and order their 4(?) course meal, and it was amazing. Overall, 11/10 rating, enjoyed my stay here very much.

No public transport to the hotel, while they had a shuttle bus at gotemba, I missed it because I was coming from kawaguchi and the bus was crowded, I didn’t arrive as the time intended to reach gotemba and missed the last shuttle bus. Had to take a taxi, which was fine because I was informed that the bus timing on their schedule may not be accurate.

Restaurant italien assez moyen pour ce standing. Le bain n'est pas une source naturelle, il s'agit juste d'eau. Le créneau de réservation du simulateur est assez serré. Employée au sous-sol le 5 décembre au soir pas très sympathique.

It was Amazing! And just everything about the property was great, the shuttle from the station, the Mountain view from the room, the ebike experience going around the Fuji speedway track!

Oyama restaurant was alright to me, 7/10 maybe there but not many other choices of restaurants other than the trefoi

This hotel is absolutely stunning from the moment you arrive - unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Views of Mt Fuji and Fuji Speedway and in the middle of nature. The staff go out of their way to meet your every need. The rooms are massive and every detail has been considered. Onsen and spa onsite were incredible too.

The property has everything you could possibly need and as such it’s quite far from other places, so you’re limited to dining onsite for your entire stay if you don’t have a car. Plenty of options if you have no dietary requirements but you’ll have limited options if you’re vegetarian/vegan.

Honestly, everything. The room was very big and super new, with an impressive view of Mount Fuji that you could enjoy from the bed or while taking a bath in the bathtub. Towels, pillows, bed wear and toiletry were of extreme quality. The hotel swimming pool is also very nice and they have several restaurants to cater every taste. We are surely going to come back.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The view of Fuji was breath taking, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable, the room size was perfect and the facilities were second to none. The restaurants served delicious food. The views of the track are also amazing and the museum was a nice touch. The shuttle bus to Gotemba is a lifesaver.

The race cars are too noisy. I woke up because of the noise
