We were there for a conference at Sundance and the lodging was full. We prefer staying in homes as it allows more room to relax and enjoy. We booked the home and was delighted it was a short 8 min drive to Sundance. It was also conveniently located to all other destinations.

The home most likely is a 2nd home and often used for rental. As such it is completely furnished with IKEA and while that is not a problem, it lacks some of the comfort a mountain home often offers. Also, we did not have access to the fireplace which would have made our winter stay more comfortable.
