Clean, modern and fresh. The facilities ie pool and sauna. In room kitchenette and washing machine was excellent.

Good location, lovely staff
Room was not real clean. Dirty marks on the coffee table, lounge and stove. Bathroom mirror chipped, basin in bathroom was not big enough and shower looked rusty and old

Location was great, close to transport and shops
Bed was old, you could feel the springs. Very uncomfortable.
Bathroom shower leaked water everywhere. Bathroom shower was dirty and not clean
Cupboards were broken
1 tv didn't have a remote
1 light switch was broken and you couldn't turn off some lights

Easter decorations and we got a kinder surprise egg when we checked in!!
Parking was not available due to the Easter show and a concert however the man who we were speaking with over the intercom quickly ran out to grab our bags so we didn’t have to walk far with them and also advised us of the nearest alternative parking option which was only a 2-3 min walk from the hotel

Very comfortable stay, great location, size of room was perfect, comfortable bed, great facilities and very quiet rooms etc

How the staff went beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant .

The accommodation was tidy, neat and comfortable. The highlight was the pool and rooftop bar.
We liked the closeness to the Westfield and public transport system. No need to hire a car.

it’s really good location but very poor in said
the first room I got the alarm fair was piping every 30 second so I Cheng the room and the second room was smells chemicals so bad so I changed to the 3td room was ok but I wast my time I’m not gonna be back again

We weren't able to check in until 3pm, however demanded we still check out at 10am- no apologies for the inconvenience.
The bedroom door in our apartment kept getting jammed to the point we would go through the balcony to get out.

The staff on the day of arrival were professional and helpful.
The location is great, close to a large shopping center and only a short walk to the train network.
The cost was better than another skye hotel but I feel unrealistic for everyday traveller's looking for above average accommodation but unfortunately this is Sydney generally.

The quilt on the king sized bed was not wide enough. It was tucked in on one side but barely covered the bed on the otherside creating a cold draught. Otherwise everything was good.

Beautiful room as described. Large studio with lounge area. Kitchen had everything required. Great location close to Westfield and restaurants.
Room could be improved with Queen bed

The open room space, the location, friendly staff and room sizes
the bathroom wasn’t the nicest, the balcony tiles were broken and the doors were really hard to open
