It felt like I was being scammed, as the quality of the accommodation definitely did not match the exorbitant cost. I strongly advise against falling into this trap and wasting your hard-earned money on such an overpriced and underwhelming experience. The moment I entered the studio, an unbearable stench assaulted my senses. The air was filled with a putrid odor that made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. It was clear that the rooms had not been properly maintained, and the overall state of cleanliness was appalling. I couldn't help but feel disgusted and uneasy throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the management conveniently forgot to mention the additional charges for various extras. Imagine my surprise when I received the bill and discovered that I had been charged for things I was completely unaware of. It is an absolute disgrace that such information was not provided in writing beforehand. This deceptive practice left a sour taste in my mouth and further emphasized the unprofessionalism of the establishment. The owner of the studio demonstrated a shocking lack of hospitality and professionalism. Instead of providing a warm welcome or helpful assistance, they resorted to shouting at guests for the most trivial reasons. I couldn't believe my ears when I was scolded for using an extra towel or sheet. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and goes against the fundamental principles of customer service. The supposed "garden" was nothing more than a dusty, neglected area.

Very centrally located. You can tell that the host has paid a lot of attention to small details. It is always nice staying with Niv and Michal. Congratulations on the new addition to your family. I hope to see you again next time I am in Hadera.

Good location close to mall and government services. Good coffee in the room. TV was to high (near the roof) to connect Apple TV or usb drive

Wi-Fi was not stable several times during our stay. No cleaning until check out. Magic trick (easy) with heater is needed each time to have a shower. No hooks for towels in the bathroom
