The unit is accurately listed and worked well for our two night stay. Although we had one issue with the unit during our stay, the owner was very responsive and handled the matter well — it was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.

Fabulous place to spend a few nights as we were getting our college student moved in to their place a few blocks away. Perfect spot to unwind and get to explore the darling surrounding neighborhood. The place was equipped with everything you could possibly need and walking distance from markets, food trucks, antique stores, coffee shops. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

This was the perfect place for my stay! Small, yet so comfortable. A complete, studio space with comfy couches and a large bed. The kitchen also was complete for me, with tea bags and coffee available, along with a microwave and toaster oven. Though I packed my own toiletries, everything was there if you didn't bring your own. Xica was great to deal with and offered to fix the loose shower handle, which wasn't necessary during my stay. But I still appreciated the offer and transparency. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful, cozy little spot. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and well equipt. I stayed here with a friend while using it as home base to visit family and friends. Didn't cook, but appreciated the kettle for tea, and the fridge for keeping snacks. I plan to stay here again in late summer.

Safe, cozy, and equipped with everything you'll need. Water filter available in fridge. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Great location. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix.
The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at.
Communication could improve on the app, which is why I give this 4 stars. I did not hear from the hosts after confirming the trip and received Vrbo access information less than 24 hours from arrival date. Not hearing or receiving confirmation made us a little nervous, but eventually we received 1 notification with access details.

The location was easy to get around Portland and in a very walkable neighborhood. Everything was very clean and the unit had everything you need.

Hosts were helpful and accommodating, kitchen well-outfitted, plenty of towels and supplies, space was private with nice private patio as well. Excellent bakery, restaurants, game shop, groceries, local boutiques all within a few blocks. We especially appreciated the bikes/helmets/lock available for use, the large living room table perfect for board games, and off-street parking space. Would stay here again!

We were in town to visit friends and this place was perfect for my wife and I. The place was very well appointed for our needs. Close to the Grand Central Bakery and New Season's Market was a bonus.
We also love neighborhoods around Moreland/Sellwood. We would definitely stay here again.
The host's were very responsive in our communications, but we really didn't need anything during our stay.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable and such a sweet and well curated space. The kitchen had everything one could want for a vacation rental. The bed and bath linens were luxurious and so comfortable. My son and I loved it and the neighborhood was great. The host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. Thanks!

I’m so happy I chose to stay here. The place is conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, cute updated furnishings, cleanly and comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. The owners were very accommodating and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would love to stay again, thanks Xica!

Property was clean and everything went well . It's carved out of a house. There were children living upstairs. We heard them roaming around occasionally, but no problem. We enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent property. Private, Clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and it gave me a good space to hang out. My only complaint, which is very minor, is that there are no outlets next to the kitchen table. I needed to work while I was there and would have liked to have been able to sit at the kitchen table.

My bf and I very much enjoyed our stay, the check in was simple and the place was clean. It was cute and close to good restaurants and stores. The bathroom was stocked with stuff and that was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. In general we were both very happy with our stay!

The property was gorgeous. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were very helpful and the instructions for everything were clear. It was a walks away to whatever you needed in Sellwood too. 6/5 stars and will definitely recommend and come back.
