The employees, were beyond helpful.

On top of a $350 1 night room...Paying $50 for parking and another $50 for a late ck out. No breakfast OR COFFEE included Drinks were outrageous! Shower looks nice but sprays all over the tile & you have to wipe it up in order to dry your hair.

The location is ideal and close to Stanford.

The decor in the room is over the top floral.

Only issue was no hot water the morning we checked out. Felt sympathy for the front desk, who had clearly been fielding calls about it! I'm sure you'll have fixed it

I can not sleep at all during the whole night, for the construction of the hotel and the noisy neighbor. I checked in the hotel around 10 PM, and was ready for a sleep. However, I was up for the whole night, for the bed was shaking when the neighbor guest walking on the floor, and the wall was shaking when the guesting were making "some" activities for the whole night. The wall is so thin that it did not block any noise. I originally booked two nights. I told the front desk about this issue around 6 AM in the morning, after around 8 hours of no sleep. The front desk lady agrees to check out on the first day, and promised not charging the second day. However, when I looked at the bill in days, the second day's stay was charged (however I did not stay there at all). Moreover, when I called the hotel, the hotel manager, BEN denied all the promises the front desk lady said, refused to refund the second day. This is not acceptable. SUPER BAD hotel!
