Beautiful property. Lovely host who dealt well with our lack of French. Perfect location for exploring Central Bergerac which is a short walk from the property. Large car park across the road. Would definitely recommend fir anyone wishing to explore Bergerac. Would definitely stay again.

Sylvie was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout our stay. We felt so welcome and at home! The house totally exceed our expectations- it is simply divine! The room was very comfortable - location perfect - just totally charming in every way.

Everything, it is a beautiful place.

We would have had to share the bathroom and toilet if the other bedroom on our floor was occupied, happily we had them to ourselves : ) A hairdryer would have come in handy. Unless it was somewhere and I didnt find it.

The decor is incredible. It's like living in a very special dream. The host is gentle and charming and nothing is too much trouble.

It was a shame we didn't have tea/coffee making facilities available. We had to ask our host and she made it for us. It was elegantly served but it felt like an imposition to ask her. Our bathroom was on the top floor. Not too much of a problem as there was hardly anyone else there.

The owner was very attentive.

Room needs a fan for summer. Power points too far from bed. No bin in room.

It is a work of art! The interior is so beautifully put together and carefully chosen with the utmost attention to detail. It feels calm and gentle, despite being located just next to a busy main road. It is like an oasis to walk into. The bathroom facilities were very good and comfortable with solid appliances and tastefully decorated. The room was equally pleasant both to look at and spend time in. I would say the whole place is an expression of the host herself, who has a beautiful, gentle soul and is so very warm and welcoming and happy to help with anything you need. Breakfast was also an experience of its own. I can’t get over the beautiful, little butter cups, freshly pressed juice and everything else she put together. A truly magnificent place like no other!

Having to share the bathroom wasn’t ideal, but didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things, because the bathroom was a very nice place in and of itself and very comfortable.

No service as there was no room cleaning, bed makeup nor towel changes. Two towels for 2 adults during our 3 days stay.

Pretty and quirky boutique hotel within walking distance of the heart of Bergerac. Sylvia is an excellent host and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The bathrooms are communal although there are quite a few options for a small number of rooms.

We only stayed for one evening but the hosts were great, as was the location!

The very French interior and the amazing decor

There is no Parking although there is a large public car park across the road which you have to pay . There is no name on the door so we were unsure we had the correct address.

A very lucky find. Right on the edge of the town with easy walk to the centre of Bergerac. This is a beautiful property and our room was gorgeous, although we did have to share a toilet and bathroom, but this was not an issue. Our hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Perfect base for exploring Bergerac.

Good value clean property. Shared toilet , quite noisy , four floors via staircase and no fire exits ?

Beautiful mix of art deco, classic and modern style in such a central location make this a wonderful place to stay. The hostess is friendly, warm and serves a lovely breakfast.

My delightful hostess, Sylvie, made me feel at home and welcome. When I'm in Bergerac again I will certainly come back to Maison B; a beautiful character villa. I enjoyed my delicious breakfast in Sylvie's most attractive dining room.
