We loved the location. Breakfast was not included. Everything was great except the booking.

Booking.com is a nightmare. They tell you that you are booked online and even give you a confirmation number. Then, when you ask for information on how to access the house you must answer a number of "security" questions. There is no need for that. If you don't answer, they will not give you the access code to the property you booked. They are phishing for information about you to market to you. If I were the owner, I would use another source to book your stays. We were on the phone for 25 minutes trying to get access to the property we had already paid for and had a confirmation number. We felt it was an invasion of privacy. We will never use booking again and we will spread the word that they are a nightmare.

Property is beautiful. Close to Main Street. lots of Activities. Home is nice & cozy. perfect getaway.

very quiet and clean. just what we wanted to meander Fredricksburg and drove the surrounding areas.

this sounds silly….but I have pretty bad seasonal allergies and I had to use toilet paper instead of softer Kleenex. everything else was perfect’

Great location to downtown and other eateries off the main street. Value for the time of week we stayed was good. Nice to have provided wifi and TV and some games. Overall wonderful stay.

Property provided a Keurig coffee maker but did not provide any K-cups. If the intention is to provide that coffee then make sure the cups are stocked. If not the intention, then make sure the guests know to bring their own.
