Stay was for family got my wedding and they couldn’t speak more highly of the property! Highly recommend.

We can say the house was very clean. We were looking for a place to relax and that’s definitely what we got. The bedrooms upstairs look out over the bay. The sunrise in the morning was so spectacular! We weren’t ready to leave after 4 days. I give this place a 10 stars.

This property was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, in close proximity to Rt 6 to explore the Cape towns and the water views from deck and all windows were gorgeous! During our visit, explored Salem, Plymouth, Provincetown, Orleans, Chatham and Falmouth (as well as Sandwich). The Dunbar House tea room (in Sandwich) was such a unique experience and my favorite! Highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

My best friend and I got away for some peace, quiet and "me" time and this was the perfect location. Stunning ocean views, immaculately clean home, everything supplied for your stay, couldn't have been better. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the thoughtful touches throughout the house were much appreciated. Spent a lot of time in sun out on the deck listening to waves and watching the seals. Quiet neighborhood and when inside you could not hear any outside noise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great in both bathrooms. We hope to make this our yearly escape headquarters. Thanks for a great stay!

There were five of us for a girls weekend.This beachfront home far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room and stunning views from all windows on the oceanside. Location, location, location!! Easy walk to Treehouse Brewery for a quick drink or snack. Easy walk to beach access for long leisurely walks on the beach. Wonderful electric fireplace kept us toasty and cozy as it was cold and stormy a couple nights. Very quick response time from Rock Properties to every e-mail and very accomodating to all requests. Would definately stay here again.

Amazing location with spectacular views of the ocean and Town Neck beaches. The house was very clean and contained everything we needed. Loved the welcome basket. Comfortable beds with quality sheets and comforters. We will be back.

Loved the location and everything about the property. The views were magnificent especially first thing in the morning. Cozy and comfortable and clean and tidy spot! Neighbor was friendly and helped us with the door lock

Everything about our stay at this property was fabulous. Communication regarding check in was timely and clear and there was a lovely welcome basket with local jams, honey, caramels etc. The location has beautiful views that we enjoyed from the spacious wrap around deck. The master bedroom is very large with its own balcony and offers beautiful views of the sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking, treehouse brewery is a very quick walk down the street and we really enjoyed Off the Grid for casual meals. Very close to the canal and you can watch ships come through from the deck. The house was very clean and has lawn games and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is right on the water. The views were beautiful. We saw seals, herons and loons. It was too cool for us to go in the water this week as it was only in the 60's. The beds were super comfortable. There were 2 gas fireplaces that we used to get the chill out of the air which was delightful. There was an outdoor shower which we were unable to use because it just wasn't warm enough. The kitchen was complete with everything you need to make a meal and there was a bar-b-q. Lots of places in the area to eat and I highly recommend Cafe Chew and Seafood Sams. Off the Grid also is a fun, super casual place with food trucks. The boardwalk is under construction so the walk to some of the paces was longer than we had hoped. The outdoor area of the house had lots of different places to sit and even an upper small deck off the king bedroom. 2 full bathrooms, one up and one down, washer/dryer. You may consider wearing blinders when you go to bed as the sun rises early and the blinds don't do the best job of keeping the sun out. But if you are an early riser the sun rise is amazing from the bedrooms upstairs. The king bedroom also has a single pull out bed that was also very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom could use a dresser. The property management team was pretty good about responding but we only had email with them. I would recommend getting a phone number for them to get a more immediate response. Would highly recommend. Very clean too

This was the 2nd time my husband and I stayed at this property. It is such a wonderful haven - the location is amazing, literally right on the water, and the property is super comfortable and well-appointed. We had a great time watching the wildlife (seals frolicking on the rocks!), beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and close to great food and shopping. It was so relaxing, and we look forward to the next time we're able to come back.

This place is awesome. I traveled with my 87 year old and she liked it so much she did not want to leave. The 1st flow bedroom was perfect for her, and the two ocean front bedrooms on 2nd floor had 5 star views for my son and I. The place was clean, nice furniture, well maintained and we were greeted with a nice gift basket. The owner/manager was responsive and the payment process was easy. I liked the secure verification process they had in place as part of application to ensure who you were, this confirmed to me they are serious about maintaining the quality of this property. I plan to make the trip next year if my mom is able to travel.

This home was perfect for our stay. This home had 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms upstairs have a beautiful ocean view. With the blinds up we watched the BEAUTIFUL sunrise from the room. The master also had a deck to walk out on. The home had 2 beautiful fireplaces, one in the master and one in the living room. The living room fireplace would turn on with a quick flip of the wall switch. The home had everything we needed for our stay. They supplied comfortable linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen cleaning supplies, and a gift basket with many items. The home has a very large wrap around deck that we enjoyed. During our stay we watched birds in the water catching fish and seals swimming and laying on rocks. These were visible all day long. We got a closeup look using the binoculars that the owners supplied. The first morning there were 5 seals laying on rocks and could be heard thru the closed doors. The home was close to the canal where we enjoyed riding our bikes and walking. Also, there were many delicious restaurants and ice cream shops close by including Tree House Brewing Company that is at the end of the street. We had a delicious meal at The Local and breakfast at Cafe Chew. There were only 2 cons from our viewpoint. The first thing I'd say is this home is on the water but not the beach. The beach is a short distance down the street. Secondly, the toilets have beautiful flush handles but may be too large. The toilet seats both would fall while using the bathroom if not sitting. Without a doubt this is a beautiful home to rent and definitely would again!!

Exactly what my family was looking for. Would love to go back!!
