Location was pretty central to what we had planned for activities etc.

Below our standards for cleanliness. In need of completing and doing more renovations. It takes more than new furniture and new paint!

The place was clean, good location to Metrotown and there was parking available.

A few items are worn out (example cabinetry, kitchen sink; stove). The insect screens need to be refitted or the apartment will be hot and stuffy on a warm day.

Good location. Nothing else!!!!!

The house is very old. Doors and windows are very old. The floors creak. The inside of the house smells terribly bad. The owner did not allow me to change the code on the front door, and this is very bad, because I did not feel safe. The photos of the house on the site are well photoshopped. Be careful!

There were nice touches to make it as cosy as possible. it was very comfortably heated.

The beds have a plastic type of cover which made sounds when you turn. and the sheets come off easily. The kitchen was poorly equipped.
