Property was brand new and very spacious.The staff was good and helpful also,very clean and comfortable stay.
They can add more toiletary items for traveller's and basic cooking vessels etc

also watchman was crazy visited our place of stay many times for the amount of stay. I told will make payment once check out was done but he came over and over almost disturbed our stay. which is not okay.

New rooms, well maintained
Kitchen has utensils.but no stove. We faced problems with hot water in bathroom. Service executive provided a bucket of hot water. He helped to get breakfast

First time have choose house stay experience is good.rooms are clean each room is having AC and fans , Friendly staff and worth of money.Near to alipiri those who all are going for Tirumala.
