I didn’t like a bit about this property m, I visited so many hotels and cities countries this was one of the most horrible hotel and horrible experiences I ever had.

very untied hotel, bad smell everywhere, lights were out from 3 hour I need to bring my own Electrition to find the problem, the staff is not very helpful, there was no staff there at night.

The only good thing about the stay was that we were given a decent size room.

It was an pathetic experience right from booking to ask the hotel for any amenities. To Start off- 1) I had booked the hotel for 2 days from booking.com where the overall cost of the stay was coming around Rs 8800 aproxx. And had been asked to share my card details for the same. If at-all i wish to cancel within 24 hrs of my Check in time i was to pay Rs 3600 anyhow. 2) Post reaching the hotel for checking in. They told me that my Total amount is Rs 11600. I had an discord with the staff but they kept insisting that as per my booking i have to pay the said amount. And they kept blaming Booking.com saying that they might have put Rs 8600 but as per booking they have received i would have to pay Rs 11600. (I really did not have any option at the moment & chose to check in as they would have as it is charged my Ra 3500 for cancellation.) 4) Reaching to the room is a task. If your journey is exhaustive this will add to it. As the Lift doesn’treach your room Floor & you need to climb 12-15 steps post you exit the lift to reach the floor where the rooms are situated. Its not at all advisable for a family stay specially you have aged & senior citizens travelling with you. 5) Day 2 of the stay I requested the Staff to get me an extra bed as we had an member adding up for a night stay. The only thing the staff kept on telling me was that it would be charged separately for stay & separately for breakfast, etc etc… I did requested the staff to kindly arrange all this but they insisted that I make the payment first as they wont put the extra bed unless the payment is done. (As if they dont trust their guests if they would make any payments during check outs or they dont have enough money to pay for anything. 6) They do not have any breakfast spread in any of their restaurants or lobby etc. They have a fixed menu and its served in your room once you place the order.They food taste is really bad. Infact the tea which they served us with the breakfast was...

Breakfast was horrible, guess its instant food provided for breakfast.. charging for it was a steal.

Food at night club was okay

Overall a terrible experience from the time I checked in and was told I did not have use of the total facilities but this was never mentioned on their website or any booking site. When I spoke to a manager she clearly said it was but that was a blatant lie...and when I asked her to reproduce it she could not. This is NOT A HOTEL. It is a multi use facility with a few rooms that are very close (they surround) a night club that plays exceedinly loud music late into the night and the rooms do not shield this

1.Property has not given me the invoice of my payment. 2. no cold water available inspide of I am ready to pay. 3.no breakfast options available> (You will have to call on a given No and they will serve in the room only) 4. room was way too small 5. nothing is good about property 6. in night if you are hungly you will have to order from outside only.

Comfy beds. Powerful AC. Nice Bathroom with decent amenities. Great location.

TV doesn't have live channels. Has a few set of stairs you have to climb with your heavy luggage (true in my case). Elevators do not go up to the room level. Bar and Lounge is just beside the Rooms. So loud music plays till Midnight. Would not stay here again. Bad communication skills with staff. Please let them know in advance if you want to check in after 12 midnight, or might not have anyone at the reception.

Food is good but overpriced. Staff is friendly and courteous. The Deluxe Double room was spacious.

I booked the Deluxe Double Room for 10 days paying a princely sum of 74000. I was handed over a room, which I went to only late in the night. There were blood and other bodyfluid stains on the bed, stuff spilt and dried up on the table, floor dusty and uncleaned. Since it was late, I had to sleep on this dirty bed and wait till 11.45am the next day to be given another clean room, because their housekeeping doesn’t come in till 11am. My stay started with an extremely disgusting experience. For the price they charge, the room isn't spotlessly clean and the property isn't well-maintained. There are cracks on the walls. To order food, you have to call reception who coordinates with the restaurant. So if they don't have something or need clarification, it's a long sequence of calls to and fro. The elevator doesn’t go all the way to the rooms, so you have to drag your heavy luggage up another flight of stairs. I wasn't allowed to bring guests to my room and have to meet them in the lobby. Which bygone era are we living in? I'd summarise saying this property isn't the 4-star property they are rated as. It's like a lodge with average cleanliness and service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Also room dining service and account service is very bad. the bad experience in first time as asking for BREAKFAST with extra charges but THIS IS FIRST HOTEL IN WORLD to not provide breakfast without inclusive in total cost. also accounts dept is also very bad to given TAX invoice with waiting of 45 min.
