Splash is right in the heart of the Island, we had a great two weeks, my only complaint is we had to come home. Wish I could find a way to stay, but haven’t figured out how to make it work. We cooked out, we dined out, we fished every day, cooked in, went shopping. Played for two weeks and just really enjoyed ourselves and even read a book.

I rarely give five stars across the board but SPLASH earned it! Location (on the beach!) is walking distance to most of the restaurants. Very clean, comfy beds. Great views from the living room, loved the decks! Our dogs loved the beach access, outdoor shower to rinse off was great.

I kinda want to keep this to myself....
Great home and location. Can walk to several places of interest. ON THE BEACH! Rental agent was very helpful. We had to bug out to Panama City Beach for around 24 hours to dodge hurricane Idalia. Thankfully, no damage for the fine people of St. George Island, was able to come back to the house.

I’ve been to St. George and have even stayed in one of the other townhouses like this one. I was excited and looking forward to the stay, but was very disappointed when I arrived at the house. The doorknob on one of the bathrooms was broken and one of us got locked in the bathroom for nearly 30 minutes. The size of every tv in the house is the same as a computer monitor (even the living room tv). The tv in one bedroom was broken and only showed blue. The house itself is very outdated. Rusty and falling apart on the ceiling and kitchen appliances. Barely any good pots/pans in the ktichen. Two of the chairs were broken on the porch as well. Pillows on the beds were clearly the cheapest you can buy. This house is not worth the price. Find a better place to stay, trust me.

This is an older property with fresh coat of paint. Several issues-broken lamp, torn screens so windows could not be opened for the breeze, beds were old, door knob in bathroom fell off, lint catcher on dryer broken in half, pots/pans and some utensils filthy dirty. Location was great and who doesn’t love to see the water each day. The lack of attention to details for the cost of the unit was disappointing.

Perfect location for ocean views, beach access (right outside your door), and quiet neighbors! Had a very relaxing and wonderful trip. Great seafood found on the island...will definitely visit again!

Wonderful house literally just steps away from the very quiet and relaxing beach! The house was perfect for our family and had everything needed to cook, hang out and make our vacation an enjoyable one. Highly recommend.
