We travelled from NZ, a family of 4, my husband and I and our two sons - age 17 and 20. this home was lovely and very comfortable. the owner has done a great job with interior- it is furnished and decorated beautifully. spacious and comfortable, so close to the seafront. no problem with street parking- right outside the house,

Close to a nice park for a dog walk and plenty space on the house for 7 people

I have provided this feedback about the property to the Rental company directly but have had no feed back so My family and I stayed from Monday the 7th till Friday 11th of August. There were multiple things that didn’t add to the pleasure of our stay so I will list them. The Wi-Fi code on the coffee table was not correct it was in fact the one on the router but by the time we realised that I had called the rental company who contacted the owner of the property who replied saying that her son had changed the password and she was unable to contact him to get the code had this of been the only issue I would have let it go but it wasn’t hence the email. The plates and cutlery in the kitchen were not clean so we had to wash everything before using, also the glasses miss match which isn’t normal. The dishwasher had the grill pan and rack in it they had been washed but were still dirty I don’t expect to pay a significant amount of money for a 4 night stay to tidy after other people on my arrival! The oven was also disgustingly dirty and the hob wasn’t very clean so we opted not to cook in the property other than in the microwave the BBQ also is filthy so that wasn’t an option either. The plug didn’t fit the kitchen sink & as there weren’t enough plates to fill the dishwasher we were opting to hand wash but the badly fitting plug made this a challenge. There are 6 bar stools in a property for 7 people so someone always stood at breakfast of tea time. There are 4 chairs out in the garden again in a property that holds up to 7 people? A padlock on the gate to the path outside the rear garden but it wasn’t locked we weren’t sure if it was supposed to be so we just left it. The room next to the kitchen had a sour/unpleasant smell could have been from a damp mop.

The location was ideal for getting to the beach and easy to get into city centre for Sam fender concert. Nice decor and spacious bedrooms. Hot tub was a bonus.

Not enough towels for the 6 people staying. No dishwasher tablets. Kitchen crockery quite limited.

It was warm, clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was amazing and set up ready to use.

It was perfect. nothing to dislike.

Any property we've stayed at previously have had a folder with the WiFi password,local amenities etc.not here,I don't know how many times I emailed them with regards to the WiFi password and also the thermostat for the heating was nowhere to be found..they eventually got the information back to me after I'd checked out...shocking,my partner's a bad asthmatic and fluctuations in temperature really affects her health

it was cold with no thermostat to raise the temperature No information/welcome pack with general house information no internet, eventually found router, on the last day, under a shelf in the bedroom turned off No internet and no television as there was no signal only 2 sets of towels provided for 6 adults, so we had to purchase another 3 sets of towels, not even enough toilet paper for the weekend. shower didn’t drain as drain was partially blocked by hair and dirt, there wasn’t even a plug for the kitchen sink despite a number of calls to the contact number provided, all went straight to answerphone and were not returned
