From the moment I walked through the estate doors, I was captivated by the elegant colonial, flowers, art-filled, and tasteful decor that set the tone for a luxurious experience.
The first-class service provided by the attentive and friendly staff truly made our stay memorable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. From the front desk who offered personalized recommendations to the housekeeping staff who maintained impeccable cleanliness, the attention to detail was exceptional. Yes, evening treats every night!!!
One of the highlights of this boutique hotel is its fantastic location, just five blocks away from the Grand Plaza. A short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and more. This made it convenient to explore the vibrant surroundings, visit popular landmarks, and indulge in the local culture.
The hotel itself was a haven of tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The well-appointed, spacious rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also equipped with modern amenities. There's not much to not like. Perhaps, the restaurant menu was limited but we ate out most of the time. Breakfast was included with just a few options and mostly local cuisine. But not a big deal, really...

The place is beautiful and quiet, yet close to the center plaza. Food very good. Tastefully decorated and spacious and very comfortable rooms. We will definitely come back and let friends know.

Everything was a 10 out of 10. The hotel is located on about 4 to 5 blocks away from the main square (between 5-10 min walk) and is located on a quiet street. The hotel premises look beautiful. Hotel staff is kind and very helpfull. The rooms are clean and big. Bathroom is also big and clean. Jacuzzi in the room. Great breakfast in the morning. Dinner was also great.
For some it might be a problem that there is no dividing door between the bathroom and the bedroom (at least in our room- suite Carmel) and doesn't give you complete privacy, For some no problem, for others maybe uncomfortable.
But again..we were completely satisfied and would choose this hotel again for a next stay.

Victoria (owner) and her staff have set up an exceptional and homey feel. Everything about this hotel is perfect. from the support prior to arrival to check-in to breakfast. Plus the hotel is pet friendly which was extremely important in us making the decision to book. The Sauna treatments are also very good and reasonably priced.
Not a lot to dislike. Perhaps the only bad thing is that there is no door in bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a magic place in a magic city, we enjoyed the spa area a lot. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpfull. The food and the drinks were great.

Everything! EXTRA SPECIAL! That perfectly describes this small boutique hotel. It is fairly new, and its design creates impeccable tranquility. The rooms are all King suites, some with Jacuzzis and others with gardens. The room and the hotel are luxurious; the bed is huge and comfortable, with luxurious linens, comfortable down pillows, and selective amenities in the room. Large SMART TV, and in my room a very nice large garden terrace. It has a Spa that offer a wide array of services, cold and hot Jacuzzi, and a sauna. The service was superb as well. The only down side was that very early in the morning you can hear rooster waking up the entire neighborhood, but only if you are a light sleeper. This is probably the best hotel I have stayed at in Colombia thus far. Definitely recommend it.
Roosters around 5 a.m. If you are a light sleeper, they may disturb you.

Brand new facility. Owners were present and engaging during the visit consistently asking if everything was good and if we needed anything. All staff was friendly. Took 2 massages during our stay which were amazing and a great value. Won’t stay anywhere else going forward. Well above any other property in the town.

This is a new hotel, the staff is wonderful and goes out of your way to help you. It is very tailored to your needs and it has several spaces to enjoy, including the wonderful spa area. The massages were some of the best we have had!
