We had a large group and were SO impressed with the home and comfort it provided to our large group. SO many bedrooms and bathrooms and space!! The downstairs was perfect for mingling and upstairs perfect for everyone having their space. The themed rooms were AMAZING and fun. The pool was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Best vacation ever is how my grandkids described the house! Easy to check in…people super friendly and helpful…clean…well stocked with needed item…short ride to each Disney Park…perfect for our family of 18…8 adults and 8 kids 3-10 years old…every time I reached out to host in preparation he immediately responded

Outstanding property and host. Exactly as described. Only issue, which is on me, is that it was a little further from the Gaylord than I thought it would be. Basically, Celebration is much larger than I knew it to be. Despite this, it was great and the group all agreed that should we return to the conference next year, we will try to stay in this outstanding home again.

Horrible!!! The owners of this property nickel and dime you to death. Absolutely a terrible experience. You have a pool but can’t take any towels to it AND you have to pay $40 a day to use it. Ran out of trash bags after reading multiple messages they send you that you will be charged if you leave trash out. I asked for more trash bags (9 bedrooms and they give you 3 total trash bags for a stay) and I was told I had to go buy my own. Are you seriously telling me I need to spend my vacation time buying trash bags for your house??? Oh and here’s one last gem, dishwasher doesn’t work so you have to hand wash anything you use. This property is a joke, find somewhere else to stay

Great house for a family vacation. House is spacious and well-stocked by the owner. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Pool and hot tub are great. Convenient to supermarket, restaurants, parks, etc. Owner is very easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

I stayed with 3 of my best friends with our spouses and our kids. The house is very family friendly and spacious. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we need. It was a little bit of a drive to the Universal parks, but worth it so that we could all stay together.

Well kept and more than enough space. Some construction started this meant leaving subdivision via a makeshift bumpy dirt road when going places.

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I wanted to share our wonderful experience with you. From the very beginning, our vacation exceeded our expectations. The home we rented was perfect in every way. The spaciousness and layout were exactly as advertised, allowing all 12 of us to comfortably relax and enjoy our time together. The unique character rooms were an absolute hit with the children (the Star Wars room and Mario living room were a home run with the kids!!), who were thrilled to have their own special spaces. And let's not forget the pool! The kids spent hours splashing around and having a blast. It was truly a joy to see them so happy. Even our 86 year old grandma enjoyed the pool! The grill access was great as well allowing us to experience true pool days. I also wanted to commend you on your exceptional service. Your prompt responses to our questions and concerns via email were greatly appreciated. Your attentiveness and willingness to address our needs made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for being such a fantastic host! The Solara Resort itself was outstanding. The clubhouse area and pool were fantastic amenities that we took full advantage. The location of the resort was also excellent, as it provided easy access to Disney World and other nearby attractions. It made our daily adventures convenient and stress-free.

This property was simply amazing. The home had all the amenities one would need. Everything was clean and the owner communication was spot on. There was not one complaint. We took our adult children and 3 of our grandkids, they loved the pool as did we. I think the location is perfect, most places you travel to there is traffic so nothing new there. The resort had a nice workout room and water park that we didn’t truly take advantage of. I recommend that if you plan on hanging in the pool at night to go ahead and pay the extra to have it heated. The weather was extremely hot and humid but at night the pool wasn’t warm enough for us adults, of course the kids didn’t care lol.

This was an excellent home for our Disney vacation, saving us the expense of Disney lodging. Only a 20-25 minute drive to the parks. Perfect for families, the kids loved the themed bedrooms. Very clean. Alan responded within 5 minutes on all texts, even an early morning one. Great host. The real surprise was access to Solara Resort. Nice pools for the kids, good food, excellent bar, and workout facility. Plenty of great golf in the area, Champions Gate 10 minutes away. This will be our Orlando destination in the future.

This house is as-advertised and was impeccably clean. The kids absolutely loved all the themed rooms and had so much fun exploring them and playing in their rooms, the playroom, and the game room. We visited over Memorial Day weekend and the neighborhood was pretty crowded and a bit loud at times, which is to be expected on a holiday weekend. The splash pad was also a huge hit with our kids and the food and drinks at the restaurant and bar at the splash pad/clubhouse were surprisingly good. Alan was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Both the property and comunication with the property manager were great! The house was very large and in very good condition overall since it is relatively new. There were a few broken items as a result of being used as a rental, but nothing major. My only suggestions are that their should be more bath towels (the room where my wife and I stayed only had one bath towel, but then others had two) and there should be a gas BBQ (I didn't feel that I should have to rent one for a weekwhen we ate out all but one night when we would have used it).Since it is a new street and not on most GPSs, the directions should say that "South" Goodman St. becomes "North" Goodman St. before you reach the resort. I was only a couple of miles away from the resort, but turned around when the street became "North" Goodman St, because I thought that I had gone in the wrong direction on Goodman St. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

The home was just as described and VERY nice. The owner is great with communication. The community is lacking and a bit farther away from Disney than most. The kid’s splash area and flowrider (which we planned on using) were closed our whole stay and the houses are very close together (had loud neighbors partying outside after 11pm most nights). Anything that could be controlled by the owner was fine but the “resort” was really disappointing

This house is amazing. It felt clean, its beautiful, it was definitely large enough to host our whole family. The kids and the adults all had a blast, to the point where we skipped a day at the theme parks to just stay and take advantage of the community pool and kid waterpark. One mistake on our end, we used the hot tub and didn't know what we were doing or that we needed instructions. Alan was very understanding and fair about the matter, but we could have caused damage. So, if you plan on using the hot tub, don't make the same mistake we did and reach out to Alan.. he is quick to reply and will give you the correct instructions on usage.

Great place!! Only issue is that the location is not close to where they say it is on the map. It was much farther to the places that we needed to go. (convention center)

The property was just as pictured. Its a fabulous home. The host is attentive and prompt when addressing your needs. Couldnt ask for a bedt home and host! Will return next year without a doubt.

This was an excellent location for our Christmas vacation. We all enjoyed the wonderful house.

Firstly we’d like to thank the hosts for having us at this beautiful property! The house itself suited our needs perfectly in every way! It was really fun to “discover” the whole place because it seemed to never end LOL it is seriously a HUGE house! We really enjoyed the fun decor, the pool & the view from out back! The game room in the garage was such a hit as well! The neighborhood felt safe & was conveniently located to everything we needed to get to! We almost didn’t want to leave! LOL definitely our favorite house we’ve stayed at in Kissimmee! 10/10 would recommend, especially those with large families or many , many friends!
