I stayed here for work and it was absolutely perfect! Very clean, beautifully modern and had everything I needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to the high street but out of the way of the noise. Super comfy bed and was made to feel very welcome.

Windows need cleaning on the outside and mosquitoes in 2 bedrooms.

It was spotless, felt like a new property, lovely beds, bedding, plenty of seating, lovely bathroom, easy to use tv, great location, beautiful village within 5 mins walking distance to pubs, shops etc.

Very well situated, under a 10 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. Property was very clean and presentable. Would highly recommend this stay. Thank you !

The property was perfect for our trip to Sandwich, I was working in the area, the house was a short walk to the town but also easy to join the main roads in a car to travel to the work site. I worked remotely for some of the stay and the Wi-Fi was perfect for meetings. The house was very ‘homely’ and very modern. The host takes a lot of care in making sure you have a pleasant stay. We will be booking again in the new year. The town is lovely and we can’t wait to come back!

Location was brilliant for our needs, accommodation was excellent, you could see that a lot of care have been taken into the renovations of this property. We really like our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious house with some really luxurious features. The electric fireplace and the extremely comfy duvets were my highlights! Wish we had time to use the hot tub but the weather wasn't quite right for it anyway. The host was very helpful and responsive too, you could tell they really care about making sure you have a good experience.

There really wasn't anything that was problematic - we found the lockbox for the keys quite easily, could perhaps have used an extra set of keys, just in case, but that's really not a major issue.
