The property was excellent, the host was very responsive when we needed and provided us with relevant information. The flat was clean and we felt very welcomed.

The noise level during the night from the neighbours was a bit of an issue a couple of nights in a row.

Все було просто чудово. Це одне з найкращих помешкань, в яких зупинялася наша родина. Власна територія із воротами і паркінгом, вид на місто і океан. Та й взагалі і сам будинок, і обладнання у ньому, і меблі, і сантехніка і т.д. - все нове, справне. Видно, що хазяїва добре стежать за станом речей і вчасно їх лагодять/замінюють. Окрім цього у помешканні були передбачені речі для зручності ведення побуту (білизна, рушники, пакети для сміття, миючі засоби, посуд, сіль, перець, олія, кава, чай і т.д.). Окремої уваги заслуговє довідник, я кому можна знайти усю необхідну інформацію для туристів (де поїсти, як дістатися до різних місць, скільки що коштує і т.п.). Спілкування із власником було максимально просте і комфортне. Не шкодуємо жодного заплаченого євро.

Без коментарів. Можна було б сказати, що помешкання знаходиться на горі далеченько від центру Фуншала, але з іншого боку саме завдяки цьому там такий прексрасний вид на місто, а таксі коштує буквально копійки.

Good location, parking, best view… comfortable bed!

Fantastic location, bus-stop right outside with plenty of buses. New, nice and clean apartment, very spacious with a great view over the city and ocean. Excellent hosts. They showed us around the apartment, explained how to best get around and there was a very informative folder with ideas for places to eat, how the bus work and so on.

Sometimes, it was very easy to hear the neighbours in the next apartment in the mornings, which made it hard to sleep in. Never a problem during the late hours, everyone respected the rules about no noise late at night. The bed is quite hard, which my husband loved but was a bit rough for me.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement, tout était absolument parfait! L’accueil incroyable d’Alex avec ses bons conseils - des fruits et du pain frais - du café - la propreté de l’endroit - la vue absolument magnifique - à deux pas de l’arrêt de bus pour le transport en commun. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

We simply loved it and it way exceeded our expectation The view was spectacular und having a glas of wine, sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships from a distance is just holiday. The apartment is very well equipped, even coffee capsules, water, fruits and delicious bred has been waiting for us. But for us most strikingly was the warm hospitality of Andrea and Alex, the siblings running the apartment house. You feel so welcome and we were so greatly taken care of.Thank you😊

Nothing you can imagine

The space was really nice, the property was really clean, we were able to have a parking space for free. We were able to cook in the property. Everything was exceptional.

Superbe vue, parking très pratique. L’appartement est moderne et très fonctionnel. Au calme et bien placé pour rayonner rapidement autour de l’île.
