Nice space. Single bed separate from double. Plenty of facilities.
The main room had a strange smell. Not sure if it was a dog like smell or rotting food.

The location was fantastic, everything needed was there (plus extras like salt & pepper). Really clean, lovely and comfortable
There's an induction hob in the flat, and I didn't see any instructions for it. I googled it, but still couldn't get it to do what I needed (boil some rice). Would recommend a set of instructions for it

Excellent location, we used it as a base to attend the Edinburg Festival. The accommodation is less than five minutes from the train station and the cost and convenience of the train made it a perfect location to visit Edinburgh.
Also, spent an enjoyable morning exploring Dunfermline.

Getting into the property was super easy and the decor was great. Lovely wee flat and the location was superb. Plenty of on street parking which is definitely a bonus.

It is comfortable flat, clean throughout. Well-equipped kitchen with a new induction hob and all the pots. Great hospitality.

The Location for our needs, The flat met all our requirements for an overnight stay and ease of use by the owner for check in and check out.
Broken TV, no control over the heating, no mirror in bathroom, slight wet patch on sofa bed and the key was once very sticky in the door lock.

Location was very good. Just a pity about the flat . Don't get me wrong. We didn't stay in ..we were out all the time ..bed was clean and comfortable. Robert just needs 2 get in a good cleaner.

The location and size of the flat was ideal and it was also reasonably priced.
The constantly dripping kitchen sink tap was an irritant. The TV would not work, despite my best efforts, and I could not get it to connect to the internet so instructions for this would have been useful. I know that this is a dog friendly property, but something needs to be done to mitigate the smell, all I could smell was "dog" whenever I entered the property. The fridge and its contents were disappointing.
