L'annonce concerne l'ensemble de l'appartement, il se trouve dans la capitale de l'île, au centre de l'île, à 5 km de l'aéroport et à 800 mètres de la gare routière. À pied, vous pourrez vous rendre sur plusieurs plages, avec tous les services publics, Hôpital, port commercial et sportif, centres commerciaux, banques, restaurants et bars.
C’est un appartement calme et très lumineux, avec WIFI, une chambre avec un grand lit et un salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit, une cuisine équipée, une machine à laver, une télévision numérique LCD, une table avec quatre chaises. Le bâtiment n'a que deux étages et le toit peut être utilisé.
Vous pouvez marcher partout et si vous avez une voiture, vous pouvez facilement aller dans toutes les directions.
Le seul hôpital de l'île est à 1 km.
La gare routière est à 800 mètres. Des lignes régulières desservent l'aéroport, Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Cotillo, Costa Calama et Morrojable.
L'appartement est très proche des principales zones commerciales, restaurants, bars, magasins, supermarchés, etc.

Es hat alles gepasst. Wir waren zufrieden.
Die Wohnung war schön. Uns hat es gefallen. Das W-LAN war ziemlich langsam und es gab keine Klimaanlage, hat uns aber nicht gestöhrt. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder nehmen.

We are a retired couple and were visiting Fuerteventura for the first time. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay and were very pleased we had chosen to stay in Puerto del Rosario. We were very happy in the apartment and it was as described, being spacious, bright, clean and pretty well equipped. We specially appreciated the washing machine which was in the utility room on the roof terrace and there were good lengths of washing line for drying (and a reliable breeze ). The wifi did not work to begin with but Eloy supplied a replacement and that was much better, though still quite slow. We used WhatsApp to stay in touch with him and he was very quick to respond.
There is a large Hiperdino supermarket a few streets away and a Supermercado Rita even closer, as well as local bakeries and other small shops so it was very easy to shop for supplies. The bus station is a fifteen minute walk and has buses that reach almost the whole island. We travelled extensively by bus and purchased a reloadable Bono card which gives a small discount but is much more convenient than trying to always have the right cash. The local beach at Playa del Pozos is excellent for swimming as it is very sheltered and safe and is about 20 minutes walk.
We look forward to returning to Fuerteventura soon and would happily return to this apartment.

limpio y centrico
Realmente está muy cerca del aeropuerto, en taxi 5 minutos y al volver fuimos en autobus y son dos paradas, nos dio facilidades a la hora de entrar, el apartamento estaba limpio, para ser pequeño es muy espacioso y luminoso, es acogedor y con un sofa muy original, la cocina tiene un poco de todo y una azotea muy amplia para tomarse una copa de vino a la luz de la luna.

Excellent for family holidays. The people on site are extreemly friendly and helpful. Very clean with lots of space. Very quiet and relaxing. Can highly reccomend. Everything one needs can be bought nearby. Rita supermarket allows you to eat like a king without breaking even the most modest bank. Will definately be going back.

bien situado y a buen precio
Estuvimos casi tres semanas en este apartamento por vacaciones, en general ha estado todo bien, se agradece que las fotos sean reales, menos por las flores que ya no están y que no te encuentres sorpresas, incluso hay cosas que no están están en las fotos y que si están, parece que el propietario va ampliando, cuando llegamos estaba el armario roto y la tele a los dias dejó de verse y lo arregló todo bastante rápido, responde a los mensajes y a los correos muy rapido.
Fuimos un poco pesados por que no sabiamos las fechas de entrada y salida y en todo momento nos dio facilidades para reservar y para ampliar la estancia, necesitavamos un apartamento cerca del aeropuerto, que se pudiera aparcar bien el coche y que fuera tranquilo, no conociamos Fuerteventura, pero acertamos con este apartamento. Y sobre todo por el precio, no es barato pero buscando otros sitios y está todo muy caro, serán más grandes y estarán en sitios más turisticos, pero si estamos todo el dia en la playa y viendo cosas, queremos tranquilidad por la noche y sobre todo buen precio.

The place was very clean with all amenities.Very close to every place we wanted to visit, close to beaches and town, the area was quiet and peaceful.
