Pool was closed. Kids running up and down the hallway ALL night. Kids were also knocking on room doors and running when people were sleeping.

This was my 3rd stay while visiting my son. The Ypsilanti site is amazing: excellent location right off I-94, wonderful breakfast with great variety, clean rooms with huge walk in shower, main desk staff are friendly & polite. I will return in the future!

The stay was nice and I would like to stay there again next year when I have to make the same trip. It was clean and friendly. The staff always went the extra mile. The rooms were very clean.
Actually, the only issue was bookings.com. This almost was a really bad issue for us. The hotel could not find our reservation and they could not book us for the complete trip. Me, John, booked the room, was emailed the bookings information and it was addressed to John. After an hour of the hotel calling bookings.com multiple times, the reservation was under my family members name. Why this happened I don't know, but almost cost us the trip as there was no alternate accommodations available.

The manager Linda was very rude and unprofessional very unpleasant stay. She also took it upon herself to call my phone very disrespectfully and when addressed politely and properly she then told me that she’s was canceling my future stays and called the police on me which resulted in a trespassing ticket.

Lobby was inviting; we were welcomed upon entering We were asked about what floor Room was good size, liked having two televisions. Shower was large and easy to operate. Breakfast offered a nice choice of items and the area was clean and well kept. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Housekeeping was efficient and we'll staffed.
Sometimes it is the littlest things make a big difference. The mirror in the bathroom was damaged (broken) on the left corner, there was mildew beginning to grow in the shower corners; it would be nice to have a makeup mirror in the bath. I would have liked to have one more garbage can in the bedroom

Was delighted to have a hot breakfast in the morning. The alarm clock was gentle to wake up to. Forgot that a hairdryer was provided. Also the lighted mirror in the bathroom was rather nice. Also got a suite on the ground floor as needed. Shower set-up was awesome. Key cards worked well.
The weather was a bother on Saturday. The wind was blowing very hard at times. Not the hotel's fault though. Wish there was a door stop to hold the door open when moving one's luggage in or out of the room.

The pool was closed due to maintenance, this was a reason we we’re coming there. To relax and swim.

all rooms had a very bad moldy smell. with my asthmatic husband it made it really hard to stay in. we couldn’t cancel since it was super expensive and I would lose my money. we got charged like a five star hotel when it was really a half star. I can’t believe we got charged 650$ for 3 nights of stay. I am really disappointed from both booking and Marriott.
