the location is perfect and the beach beautiful

We loved that we were right on the beach! We also loved that this place was right across from John’s Pass - an easy walk under the bridge to restaurants and shopping! The views were beautiful, and the pool area is very nice! We liked the keyless entry as well so we weren’t having to keep up with keys or cards every time we walked out the door.

There were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention, but all minor. Beach towels were not provided and there was no hot tub at the facility.

We Loved that it was right on the Beach. It was very conveniently located across the street from John’s pass that has shops, bars, and restaurants.

That the condo was on the first floor of building. Everything was updated in condo, but the inside doors and base boards definitely needed some TLC. It was also hard to find the office to check in. Thank goodness a condo owner let me in the building with the code needed, or not sure how long I would have been waiting in the lobby. They give you code when you check in and it’s used to get on elevator, pool, or beach.
