No geral um ótimo custo x benefício.
Cobrança indevida do estacionamento, sendo que estava incluso na diária. O estacionamento fica em outro quarteirão e na hora do check-out cobraram um valor de R$ 30,00 reais.

O quarto em si é bom e confortável.
Áreas comuns muito desleixadas. Carpet dos corredores extremamente sujo, dá pra ver a poeira de longe nos cantos. Paredes dos corredores também muito sujas e riscadas.

Hotel atendeu todas as minhas expectativas durante o Dia , limpeza ótima dos quartos funcionária Grazi que me atendeu muito simpática, Alexandre com postura e uma excelente empatia também show de bola voltarei com certeza.

Very central, beautiful ground floor area. There are 2 lifts. The breakfast was good not the best but was good quality.
There are no sound insulation in the room, u could hear other rooms taking shower and talking to each other. The room was quite old and not really maintained, the carpet in the 3 floor corridor was like 100 years old.

Breakfast was average, location is great.
We checked in at the hotel and ended up in another hotel as they messed up with our reservation and the hotel was fully booked. The hotel sent us in to a lower quality hotel chain and we payed the same price. Also, my partner and I were placed in separate rooms, because the hotel did not have a room with a double bed available.

Lobby and breakfast were very good. Having coffee at lobby during the day was a lifesaver. Staff at reception desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff were all very nice.
They could have had a coffee maker and hair drier in the room. The area where the hotel is can get dangerous once the sun sets. The aircon of adjacent room was set on my terrace and it made A LOT of noise throughout the night. Bad building design
