Bed was very comfortable but the breakfast was slightly bland

Room was very big, suited our family (couple +baby) very well. Shower is good. Lovely breakfast,

No iron, reception said they have none at all. We had a wedding to go and couldn’t iron our clothes. Wellness centre was closed and pool opens very late.

Friendly staff accepted to change us to a room with no neighbor upstairs so we could sleep. Good food, very nice breakfast. All staff is nice

The walls and ceiling are so thin that we could hear everything from the neighbors despite they were behaving normaly. This hotel looks modern but it has very poor noise insulation. Unbearable.

They accepted my dinner reservations for 7pm, then deleted it without telling me. They didn’t tell me dinner service didn’t start till 8.30pm until we turned up at 7pm. 24 hrs room service also not available till 8.30pm. Very poor service. We ended up eating the scraps we had in the car. 8.30pm too late for us as we were tired having driven from Santander. Communication very poor, had to find all this ourselves Victor Butler UK
