The rooms they gave us stank of stale smoke and we had to ask to move to another room as we had kids. The rooms were old and tired. They gave us a room with a kitchen and as everything was shut we cooked in the kitchen in the room. We were then charged 35 euros in the morning for this, but they had not mentioned it when they changed the room due to them being uninhabitable. The attitude of the lady was abrasive at best. Very disappointed and pointed this out to them as don't want to have future guests unaware of the problems.

The apartment was lovely. Very spacious with good facilities. It was nice and quiet. Great loaction for the shops and restuaurants within walking distance.

More instructions on what to do on arrival. We had the pin code for the room, but didn't know this was for the outside door too. Signage to indicate where the entrance to the hotel was would be good too please.

I especially loved the scrambled eggs made very kindly by your young student. He had excellent manners and spoke really well. This experience showed, to me the hotel was prepared to go the extra mile to help young ones. The next generation. Please pass onto him a big well done!! Everyone in the town were very helpful.
