The building, but it has nothing to do with the staff or the experience they created.

Terrible service when checking in. They claimed that what Booking offers is not what they offer, even though we had already paid for those services. The three people at the front desk were very rude, as if the error on the site was our fault, and made no effort to resolve the situation. In the end they told us that they would give us something similar to what we paid, but they punished us by giving us a room without a window/ventilation, with a shower that did not work. They urgently need training in customer service.

The location. It's close enough to downtown Veracruz without the potential city noise.The building has historical value. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They could have included the breakfast in the rate and they didn't. There was a long hair in one of the pillows. The phone in the room did not work well and missed some buttons. People on the other side of the line could not hear us.

It suppose to include American Breakfast? (no buffet was offered only A La Carte) We had to pay $10.00 extra for a small glass of Orange Juice, (1 each) and for fresh fruit. Yogurt was not included either (3.90 for a small serve) Breakfast only includes Coffee and fried eggs.

Location was great. Friendly staff.

The floors in the room were not cleaned. If u had a shower u needed to wear sandles directly after. The room service banged on ur door every morning at 9 am even with the Do Not Disturb sign out. Annoying after a night of Carnival. The a/c was hard to adjust properly.

Great location. Big rooms. Comfortable beds.
