Location with private pool and private beach.

Breakfast could be changed from time to time. Was all the same each day...

Great location with perfect access to the pool and the sea. Superb breakfast with good variety of food and drinks. Very clean - great housekeeping job. Specious bathroom with everything you need. Air conditioning and fan in the room where you can hide from the heat and sun if you need to. You can visit Venice by the boat which leaves just in front of the hotel from the beach. Beach bar next to the hotel’s private beach.

To be honest it was great stay but if I’d have to pick any disadvantage it could be that there is only one lift in the hotel which is very slow so sometimes it’s better to use stairs to reach even top floor faster.

Breakfast was pretty good, staff was very nice and friendly, excellent location!

The room I stayed was very narrow and bed not comfortable , pillow was old and I had to ask for more, room was cleaned very late when I expected to come from the beach and relax. There was not enough staff who I could speak English and explain the problem.

Really pet friendly hotel, with privat pool and beach, near the sea and the city center. We were absolutely satisfied.

I liked the staff and the "home-like-feeling". Everybody was nice and polite, welcoming, helpful, friendly, communicative, smiling. The breakfast was good, though i wish they had had more sorts of bread, and maybe my favourite omlette. Generally, for the 3-Stars Hotel it was just fine. I was not hungry, there was plenty of food, little something for everyone... plenty of fruits which i enjoyed every morning, the coffee and the Orange/Pineapple Juice were also great.

Room 238 with balcony & seaview, staff is always friendly and helpful, private beach (no charges for parasols/deck chairs), short access to the sea

The noise from the booths and kiosk at the beach - but that’s the Italian way of beach life;-)
