The apartment is well equipped with al things needed and there was even a dedicated parking place.

the wifi was not working, this was a huge inconvenience, so if you need wifi, would not recommend this place, if not then it’s a great place to stay.

The view was gorgeous, and the checkin staff was very pleasant. It was in a lovely part of town.

The Wifi didn't work, which was really a big inconvenience. The checkin lady had said to phone her with any issues, but we didn't actually have a contact number for her. The apartment is in a beautiful location, but was fairly basic really - no frills, just the basics. We weren't expecting to arrive to a check in area and then be moved on to a different place to stay - maybe that could be made clearer on the website.

Spacious, clean and cosy apartment, suitable for families. You get discounts for ski tickets, market, restaurants...

The apartment was perfect. The location was ideal and the service was excellent. They worked hard to make sure we could all stay together as a family.

We liked the location, it was fully furnished and warm and comfy, we had almost everything we needed

No reception nor WIFI…. This could have been said beforehand so we could decide on another flat. We were completely cut-off

The receptionist was extremely helpful and informative even told us about the history of the city while showing us the apartment. The view was very nice from the windows. Two rooms were nicely separated from each other.

The parking was far away from the apartment. And there was no wifi inside (it was described, but we skipped this detail).

Silent location, 10 mins from Ravascletto's slopes. Minimarket is very close, staff is very helpful.

By staying at their place you get great discount on one-day or multi-day skipasses for local slopes (Zoncolan, Piancavallo, Forni di Sopra,...), 10% off in local market place, 10% off in Arta Terme for wellness and spa, discounts in many good restaurants in Sutrio, 10% off on rental and skiing school services on Monte Zoncolan. Great for winter holidays. Good location, 10-15min car ride to cable car in Ravascletto, kitchen well equipped, spacious and clean apartment.

Wi-Fi available but very poor signal, also no mobile service in our apartment.
