War alles super. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gehabt. Das sind zwei Räume mit einer Trenntür dazwischen und einer gemeinsamen Dachterrasse. Super praktisch für Familien.

Restaurant. Das zuvorkommende und überaus freundliche Personal. Das tolle Frühstücksbuffet.

Gutes Standardfrühstück. Geräumiges ruhiges Eckzimmer mit Balkon

Schlechte Beheizung, selbst nicht regulierbar. Rezeption zur Abreise nicht besetzt.

The team were very helpful providing night time access when we were running later than planned. Breakfast was amazing. Comfortable beds.

Our dinner at the restaurant Klara was very good. Location for a short stay was fine

Our room was over the kitchen vents, which made the smell of the room almost unbearable. Opening the windows didn’t help as the grease/ fat smell of the cooking permeated our room even more. The room itself was moderately clean although the bathroom toilets were not clean. Our biggest shock was the fact that we were charged €14 pp for breakfast and it was awful. At 9:00 almost everything was gone. Fruit was out of a can. A couple pieces of bread were in a basket. We asked for eggs and they never came. Even getting a Coffee was a chore. There were hardly any guests there either, so no excuse. We had to check out and be in our car to continue our journey so at check out we mentioned how disappointed we were about the breakfast situation and the manager was indignant that the eggs did arrive ( an hour later..lol ..and then basically told us to sod off. Honestly, the customer service here is just shockingly bad. We will never return to this 0 star hotel. On our way home from our holiday we stayed in a fabulous place called Gasthaus Rebenhof and it was just brilliant.

Good restaurant and we paid for breakfast which we recommend
