Great location with fascinating view. Better than I expected, I got email at 2:00 that my key was ready while stated 4:00 was official check-in time. Big window facing 180 degree lake view! Good to have coffee machine, room was spacious and clean, bed was cozy and comfortable. Though no receptionist, live chat was responded right away!

Understood no people contact, but still can be more human like baggage storage and washroom at that common area after check out.

Check-in was easy. Quality toiletries (Rituals)

Room smelt of stale cannabis. Tissue box was empty in bath room. TV didn’t work because cable was snapped and hadn’t been repaired. Mattress was uncomfortable. Room was noisy due to neighbours banging about and proximity to railway lines.

Great location for visiting the town of Wollerau close by, parking available on the street and car park opposite. 3rd time visiting this hotel.

Completely changed the format, so no reception and booking in all online and keys now access via locks on doors. Forgot how dated the rooms are. Have found the hotel such a good find in the past with a great bar, breakfast area and restaurant but with all that gone or closed during the week, we will find somewhere else to stay.

I would give it good ratings on most things

the check in process was horrible. it took us four hours and great help from some Serbian guests and some from Austrian—-all of whom agreed that it was awful. it needs to be simplified or at least have someone on call to assist. it wasn’t until we were there for four hours that we finally were able to get in our room. The day we checked out, the elevator was broken. Becozy was very quick to charge my account, however.

Lakeside view meant being woken several times each night by paying freight trains. Arrived too early to check in, and despite speaking to online support staff, I was unable to leave my bags anywhere for the day. No room cleaning at all during 5 day stay, so no opportunity for fresh towels, shampoo top-up or anything else. Small fridge in room was very noisy so had to turn off overnight. Very hard to not get water all over the bathroom floor from the shower as the curtain was outside of the shower tray. Small room on top floor, with small single bed.
