Breakfast is good, there is a buffet in a beautiful place with lots of options.
I just LOVE the gardens in this hotel, I could spend hours there.
Rooms are very spacious and nice, I would recommend better pillows.
This hotel is not accesible to people with disabilities, which should be clarified when you book.

very nice
rooms could be a little better, tv a little bigger

GENERAL TODO
4.3
beautiful gardens and design
nor enough places to seat and enjoy the garden and minibar and food was too pricey
4.3
beautiful location and very green. quite relaxing
no fckn wifi in your room… only in the lobby 🤦
not ideal for people that work remotely, specially if your having calls during work time and you need some privacy
4.3
Japanese mood
the way to rooms it’s a little confuse
4.3
climatized pool, excellent service, amazing breakfast buffet, the “natural” decor of the common areas (trees, plants…)
we were charged $180 pesos for two big bottles of water. the bottles were not in the minibar but outside on a counter. i believe charging customers for drinkable water in the room is stingy. Specially when the water from the tap/faucet in mexico is very well known for not being drinkable.

The place is amazing!
no Wifi on the rooms, we are on 2023. you need to go to the lobby to connect to WiFi. considering an expat without data, it’s quite annoying.

The grounds are beautiful and the history of the buildings was fascinating. It's a very peaceful location with a lovely climate, a good gym, and a large pool. The rooms were adequate and were well furnished with toiletries.
The walls are paper thin so it was difficult to sleep both nights as there was a party going on until the wee hours of the morning. The food was a bit disappointing in terms of choices of cuisines. The spa area was quite run down and the prices were high.

crappy wifi
4.3
Beautiful Japanese-style hotel. The gardens are beautiful, the swimming pool is great, and the construction is amazing. Food is also very good.
There is no wifi in the rooms and cellular reception is also very bad. If you’re looking to relax and disconnect, it is a great option. If you have to work, although there is a tiny business center, I would not recommend staying here. Rooms are very dark, even with the lights on.

Beautiful Japanese inspired hotel with lush greenery and zen vibes.
Staff was very attentive
Wifi is available only in certain areas of the hotel and the quality isn’t the best. I believe the hotel should improve wifi connectivity to rooms (my friends and I all had remote calls from work and were worried of where to take them and if wifi was going to be reliable)

The property is stunning; the gardens and pools are always amazing, and the rooms are comfortable, cozy, and spacious.
I can't believe I'm writing this in 2022, but THERE IS NO INTERNET ON PROPERTY; at least not in the rooms. There are wi-fi hotspots at the check in desks and at the business center but one can't seriously run a hotel chain like Camino Real and not offer complimentary wifi. Their excuse? It's a "family and leisure-oriented hotel". Additionally, the water temperature in the showers wasn't adequate enough to enjoy a long, hot, shower. Upon complaining about these issues, management gave me complimentary breakfast for two days, which I appreciated.
4.3
Beautiful grounds and very good location.
Staff is incredibly slow and demand tips constantly. The spa and salon are very old, and so are the rooms. Not a 5 star feeling for the price.

In general its ok.. also de breckfast
really expensive for the type of hotel / property
