Room arrangements of toilet is far from the bedroom which is inconvenience.

I liked this place so much that I came back to stay 3 different times

it is not in a busy area of town but it is good because I get quietness for sleeping

The hotel is located in a quiet area and has a feeling like you stay in the jungle. Very quiet. Good massage center inside the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool.

Staff is not helpful at all and not trained how to deal with clients. On the website there is one information about the price of the SPA, but on arrival you get double. Hotel is under renovation, not all the facilities are opened, sauna didn’t work. No restaurant, breakfast is delivered to the room covered in plastic. Safebox in the room was not fixed to the wall so anyone can take it out, we couldn’t keep our money there. We tried to check out earlier and find another place, but the staff told us we have to pay 50 % fine. We were very upset about the attitude.

Everything! It was an exceptional stay. The staff was so nice and friendly. The tea they served was the best tea I have had. The rooms were amazing and the jacuzzi in them was wonderful. The pool was great. Tried Thai massage that the hotel offered and I have never felt so good! Would definitely recommend staying there!

Staff were fantastic, cleanliness was great and location beside wonderful Cafe was a great bonus and the location made it easy to forget we were in the middle of busy Phuket and near a major road. The proximity to the road made it easy to go anywhere via Grab or Bolt and the in-house tuk-tuk to and from Central was handy.

Mattress was a bit hard for us, and the circuit breaker for the air conditioning tripped a few times. But that's about it!

The nature in the resort. It is located in the middle of the Jungle. The sound of rain drops on the roof.

The resort looks a bit neglected. The room had a distinctive smell of mold. The jacuzzi malfunctioned. The shower water pressure was unacceptably low. The top shower tap was disconnected. The road leading to the room was very slippery after the rain, and there is no safety measures to protect someone from falling down the hill. The breakfast options weren't great. The free shuttle is available only on 1 day notice and only at specific hours. We checked out earlier.

It was a great place. Cozy and comfortable place to stay.

I love the architecture, the room was big and lovely places to take photos. I really loved the bath as well. A bonus for me. A nice place to spoil my wife

The only thing that maybe could change is the comfort for the bed. Very hard beds. But that’s all

Huge territory with very well furnished villas. Pool zone is quaint and comfortable and you can get a massage in your villa.

Went just after Covid re-opening so it was quite deserted. You need your own transport to get anywhere interesting comfortably.

Amazing spacious villa with great surroundings. Very good service from the staff. Highly recommend this resort for relaxation.

The room was exceptional

There were no staff to attend the bar at the pool, my girlfriend had to walk around the property to find someone and then they disappeared again meaning we had no access to drinks once again unless we went looking for someone

Forest setting is beautiful and space of the villas; friendly and helpful staff.

It is very dated and internet pictures are deceptive. It is is need of a major refurbishment. My toilet smelt from the floor drain and this was unpleasant. Despite complaining and urgent cleans, the smell didn’t disappear.

Big thanks to all the staff who made our staying absolutely amazing! Thanks for all the super nice surprises due to my husband’s birthday! We loved everything: SPA, location, accommodation, food, ect.

It’s not a big minus, but I really think it’s necessary to have at least 1 fluently English-speaking person at the reception any time of the day, just in case of emergency. Suuko has pretty high standards, so that shouldn’t be a big problem to find one.
