Check in was a not so great experience. The BBQ lady did not know how to separate our rooms for individual pay. Also my card was charged 3 times. But the young guy who eventually helped us, (Chris was his name), help to straighten everything out. So because of him I would recommend this hotel.

We came to Chattanooga to visit our nephew on the Nina & Pinta Caravel ships at Ross Landing Park. It took about 15-20 minutes to get there. Everything at the hotel was clean & organized. The front desk staff were very friendly & professional. It seemed as if they really enjoyed their job, & cared about giving their customers a great experience! The breakfast was tasty & fresh, with real dishes and silverware. (We've been in hotels where there's only styrofoam plates & plasticware). Elevator was clean too! Bathroom was spotless, plenty of towels. Kitchenette had silverware & coffee cups, Keurig machine. Small fridge. After reading reviews for some of the other local hotels, we're glad we picked this one. A nice surprise when we turned on the TV. (See pic) Highly recommended!

We booked a room for one night as a layover for a longer trip. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, conditions, comfort and cleanliness. We even overslept!

Hotel is super clean. Super quiet at night. We were on the 3rd floor & we heard NO noise either night.
Pillows need an upgrade. Extremely thin and no substance to them. Mattress hurt my back but nothing i couldn't handle. Breakfast was lacking. We were unable to eat bc all they had was sausage. Not everyone likes sausage! I saw lots of bread options, but no waffles? Pancakes? Bacon? We left and ate breakfast out, Waffle House one morning and Cracker Barrel the second morning. Id stay again d/t the cleanliness, but id pack my pillow from home and i would know theres no breakfast!

Loved the interior of the communal areas and the room. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the 2 men at the desk. Loved the free breakfast which had more options than I'd ever seen. Multiple dairy free milk options and meat-free choices which I needed. Would totally stay at another hotel of theirs in the future!

The Staff was polite, the room was spacious and clean. I really like the kitchen area for the 1King Bed Suite w/ sofa bed. Although, there wasn’t enough lightening to eat in the kitchen area. As far as bedding, the pillows were very thin. The air condition was very loud. Also, the water pressure in the sink was very low, and there was also a few specs of mold in the corners of the shower.

Air-conditioning did not work properly. System could not maintain thermostat setpoint. Room got hot during the night. I had the thermostat set to 65 and the room stayed 74. My understanding is that most large companies nowadays are controlling these room temperatures by a building automation system. So it doesn't matter what you set the thermostat to it's only going to maintain the temperature that they have set it for.

Element Hotel was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Warm welcoming, beautiful very clean, friendliest staff ever. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were heaven! My husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary. We left our room and when we came back there was a personalized handwritten card with a bag of goodies to help us celebrate. We were truly touched by gesture. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful new hotel with great staff. Other buildings in immediate area under renovation/ new construction causing a little difficulty getting to the hotel due to a road closure, but i would not let that stop me from booking this location again next time im in Chattanooga.
