There was a horrible odor in the hall and in the room. There was only 1 very thin blanket on the bed. Overall the quality was low. However the checkin and access process was easy.

It was great, it was really quiet. Plenty of parking, the rooms were in excellent condition. The people at the front desk were even better, she was very patient and understanding instead of being short with me like other places, overall would recommend

Check in with the portal was a hassle. Took longer to receive safe lock code and instructions. Then once we got to our room, getting ready to go to bed… that’s when we noticed there were bed bugs! We called to customer service and we were glad they accommodated us a different room.

The first room we stayed in was infested with bugs. When we asked to be moved room, all the person assisting us was very condescending to my spouse. When we finally got moved to a room we got a downgraded room with smaller beds than we wish to receive. Once we contacted them and let them know that we were making other arrangements. They turned our code off to our room before we managed to get all of our stuff out of our room and locked us out.

When I arrived, the hallway had an odor. The room did not though. I went to unpack but there were no hangers in the closet. I also wanted to have ice for a drink the next day so I looked for ice cube tray but there weren’t any. The next morning I wanted to shower, but the shower didn’t work. The office wasn’t open yet so had to wait till later in the day for it to be repaired. The bed was comfortable.

Its a clean room but there were people next door aruging in the middle of night.

We came after hours, the side door that was suppose to be locked was open and you couldn’t push shut to secure the building.
Our door code didn’t work but the # provided responsed quickly to reset the code.
Unit was clean but outdated. We were only there to sleep. It was quiet and comfy. Idk if I would stay there again.

we arrived at the hotel about 6 p.m. the check-in details were a little confusing, as it said check-in thru door close to the pool and use your code that was sent. the door closest to the pool was for the office, which was closed. we walked further and found the side door, which was not locked, but was not the closest entrance to our room. after furthering walking to the next door, we found our room. the lights next to the beds, didnt work.called the number given. the person said they would call maintenence, but didnt think. they were still on site. the next day maintenence came, fixed lights. the property didnt feel as secure as i thought it should be. we came home late one evening and there was a couple directly knocking on the door across from our room. they were there knocking about 10 minutes. not sure how they git in, if you need a passcode to enter the building. tried using the toaster provided on the last day and it didn't work, as it wouldnt stay latched to toast. all in all, would rate it 7 out of 10.

I was comfortable during my brief stay. I found the accomodations a little bit dated but you get what you pay for. The elevator by my entrance was out but I just used the other one as it was operating. Also had little trouble entering from the side door but figured it out.

The place was a complete mess, it was dirty, had lots of unusual smells. The furniture, carpet, linen was stained. The room was dirty and smelly. The hallways was gross.and stained. It looked like a homeless shelter that was available for the public. I do not recommend anyone staying here unless they do not care about cleanliness and their hygiene. The outside appearance does a lot for the properties compared to the inside. The stairwell smelled of urine with stains, the chair was peeling the sofa pull out had red stains as looked of menstruation blood.

Check in instructions were suppose to be given 24hrs in advance and we got them 3 hours before our stay. The self check in was a nice feature that we liked. Once we entered the room the smoke detector was chirping constantly. We ended up just having to go to frys and buy a new battery ourselves since the front desk had already gone home for the night. Air conditioning didn’t work very well and the sheets were thick and uncomfortable so that made for a hot night. Overall it did the job and gave us a place to stay for the night but we most likely won’t be back

Ryan the manager walked in on me while I was sleeping. They only comped one night although this is a crime. Ryan lied about why he walked in on me and said he didn’t know anyone was here, but ALL of my things were on the couch, which he would have seen as soon as he opened the door. However, he proceeded to walk through the living room with all of my things sitting out and into the bedroom where I was sleeping. The dishwasher was broken for 3 or 4 days, so I didn’t get to use the dishwasher. Then the garbage disposal broke. Both times I had to clean the floor several times and delay my dogs meals who needed meds at a certain time and a strict schedule. There’s dog poop all over the wash areas by the property that’s never picked up. My dog got a bacterial infection during our stay here and the vet said it was probably from this place. Ryan asked what he could do to help, I told him to handle all the poop, he argued with me, and comped me one more night. Management here is argumentative, poor, and does not respect proper or legal boundaries. I’m only staying bc my dog is now to sick to move. Everything breaks down and it’s such a time suck. My recommendation -FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO STAY.

I had a wonderful stay at Metro Scottsdale Apartments. The spacious units and modern amenities made for a comfortable experience. The friendly staff and convenient location near local attractions added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I would book here again.

It was awful. All but one lightbulb burned out in room, toilet overflowed spewing sewage onto the bedroom n I used every towel to clean it up. Maintenance showed up in 30 min did not take towels. Tv in the bedroom did not work and the pull up button on the shower was frozen w deposits so I had to buy lime away and free it. The blow dryer blew cold air on high so could not be used. I requested a diff room and was ignored.

There was no one to greet us. We had no idea where our room was or which door to go in. We couldn't use the keypad for the first door we tried. We walked around in the 110-degree heat and found an unlatched door. The basketball fencing next to that door needed repair. We were at the opposite end of our room. We had no idea where the elevators were, or even if there were any, and we were on the second floor. We took our bags up to the room. The hallway smelled, and there was some garbage outside some doors. Our room smelled like stale smoke. The screen was ripped to shreds, and the window was dirty. The table and cabinets were old knotty pine, popular in the 1950s; the couch was dirty and uncomfortable. We got it because it had a kitchen, which meant a two-burner stove. We both said simultaneously, "Let's leave," so we did and rented a room at La Quinta. We don't think Expedia should list this property as an option for people. The ratings were low but not low enough. It's the worst place we've ever rented.

Please remove this property from your site. It is completely run down, paint chipping and pealing, dust on every surface, the ceiling fan in the bedroom was the worst with dust literally hanging from it. The couch was unstable in the middle and clearly broken. All the kitchenware was sticky or slimy. Some cabinet doors didn’t open, some wouldn’t close. The fridge barely worked, was slightly cool. It smelled like sewage inside of the building and in the room. There are roaches all over the outside. There is feces literally everywhere all over the grounds. The place is unsanitary and unlivable. When we spoke with the hotel, they said they’d send someone to “take a look” that never happened. Just over all absolutely 0 stars across the board.

It is very convenient to many attractions. It is affordable and comfortable. We were mainly out visiting the area so really only slept there.

The experience of the property was a bad foul odor of the apartment and the complex had a really bad smell it was very inhuman smell that caused nausea throughout the time of being there.

My complaint about the refrigerator that went bonkers overnight and emitted a screaming sound (I honestly thaought it was a fire alarm) went unnoticed, even though I tried several times to contact someone. Even when they came to check, they didn't get the proper message, and I had to complain several times.
It was also ridiculous that for a stay of over a week with four people in the unit, they refused to resupply toilet paper and soap/shampoo!!!

Odd some company has record of all my info and picture. Broken bathroom door and sketchy people staying in property. Some crazy chick that would not go away. With a little more repairs and some one at front desk a little later would be nice. Check in at 4 and office closes at 5 ? Could be be a great place.

The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.

Couldn’t sleep at all.
My family and I had a very late check in, as we drove across states to get here.
Upon arrival to the hotel- we opened the door to the overwhelming stench of fragrance and chemical.
We check into the room to find that stink was worse in the room- we then notice the front door has two peepholes… one has nothing in it but a paper blocking someone from looking in the unit… which can at any point be poked through from the hallway to be able to look into the living room where we would have someone sleeping (if that was possible).
We couldn’t even used the living room pullout couch. The springs we’re broken and the thin mattress sunk down the middle when a 7 year old laid down.
If the thought of no privacy didn’t keep me awake all night already… the constant dripping water from the tub sure will….
Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had in my life.
