We love the place little far from the malecón but it’s ok. They charge for visitor if they get in the swimming pool. Not good cuz we already paying for the room. Two towels for three people. Horrible internet service.

No Casino, restaurant, nor hairdryers. Poolside bar very limited hours. Looking for a no frills room with A/C &TV & a pool - it's Perfect. Will be returning. Staff is outstanding.

Everything eas great but i wish they had a refergerator because we needed for our insulin medicine. It would also be convenient if they had a restaurant at least for breakfast

Best vacation ever, my kids enjoyed the pool, the beds were super comfortable, the staff were very friendly, everything was very clean and the price was reasonable, we’re definitely coming back

They have security 24 hrs. Nice entrance lobby amazing huge pool with a water fall. Nice cold a/c huge t.v. Would stay here again next time we come. Staff is very polite and professional.

Very nice place to stay, a little far from center but still nice. If anything needs to improve... I would say, needs a restaurant asap. Would I pick this place again? Yes! Thank you to all staff members, you guys are awesome!

While the property was clean, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool, several of the mentioned amenities - made to order breakfast, bar etc - were non existent. But the hotel management was gracious to refund part of the payment when we complained about these missing facilities.

The resort is beautiful , loved it the price was also awesome, a lot of bang for the buck. My only concern as well as my wife. the Fly's were terrible I know their is a lot of foliage which gives the place it's charm but I would definitely spray for Fly's and Mosquitos. Thx Tom

I love that it’s a chill little resort with not many people, very relaxing. The staff were amazing. The room was clean. The pool was a little dirty with bugs, there was no hot water in the shower, the WiFi was slow.
Overall, an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended :)

First time staying here, loved the pool area! Just would of been nice if they were serving drinks and food, also it would be convenient to have had a mini fridge in our room, but besides that it was a pleasant stay, family really enjoyed it.

The place is so beautiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was extremely impressed with how clean it was… the moment I entered the room, it smelled refreshing and fluorescent. Will definitely recommend and book again. Shout out to the gardening staff that let us use the private jacuzzi.

Came here with my wife and kids. I have never gone to any place and felt so welcomed. It’s a safe location with beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back soon.

I thought it was gonna be a great place to stay ..service was good very friendly however our room was infested with mosquitoes and fly’s took 30-40 mins to kill everything when we first entered the room ..
we ended up buying our own bug spray …
Also there was no hot water we took cold showers .. definitely won’t be a retiring guest ..

Overall our stay was OK. The resort is nice overall. The areas of opportunity were the water inside the resort does not get hot, had to take cold showers. While the pool did look nice and clean there were a lot of dead bugs in the water. The jacuzzi was also cold. It was also not the easiest to locate based off the address. The GPS location is not the greatest. The best thing about the resort were the employees, they were very attentive, polite and as helpful as they could be.

Just in amazing beautiful island it’s great for families to enjoy a peaceful time very safe area . The staff are the best very nice very well attended by the resort. I will definitely be arranging another trip at this resort

Property was at a great location, sams club was 3 min or so away and so was little Cesars. I dont know about anyone else but mu kids love some cheesy breads from it. Everything else was around 10-15 min from Hotel. The Malecon, Playa Bonita, Lolita's restairant etc.
I stood at a king size room with 2 king size bed and the room was very spacious!
The bed was very comfortable, Alma and Craig were very curtious and helpful and were very accommodating of my needs.
Craig communicated with me when i was both in US and Mexico! Alma was only a call away if i needed anything.
Overall i would recommend this place, the pool and seating area's was excellent. Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. No complains at all
