I just returned from a delightful stay at the Garamond. It is conveniently located for shopping, dining, and museums; the staff is uniformly professional and friendly (and English-speaking!); the breakfast is delicious, whether you order the cooked option or graze at the buffet, and the dinners were delicious. I would highly recommend the Garamond, which will significantly add to your enjoyment during your visit to Krakow.

The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating.
The rooms are beautiful. Bed is comfortable and just the correct firmness.

Lovely building and decor. Staff super friendly. Great location to the train station and the centre. Did not use the restaurant or bar as plenty of options surrounding the hotel. My only criticism is that the room was unbearably hot at night but thankfully you can physically open the windows in the room so we spent most of the time with the window open. There seemed to be a lack of control when operating the dial in the room to amend the temperature so we just gave up and open/closed the window as necessary.

We had an amazing experience here :)
The rooms are big, newly renovated, very comfortable and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was always warm even during the cold January :) All our needs were thought of.
The staff is very helpful and always smilling.
The location was great. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the historical square and less than 10 minutes walk from central station. It was very central and still very quite and comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Greate value for money and would definately recommend and choose again next time I am in Kraków :)

Really amazing find in Old Town, with very modern and stylish art-deco design touches. Super quiet as well, which is a nice bonus for those who need to work in their rooms. Location can't be beat, either, you are in the middle of all the action, with none of the noise that some other hotels may have on busier streets (hotel is on a quiet street in old town).

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff who all spoke English and were very helpful.
The breakfasts were amazing.We had one evening meal in the hotel but ate out at the many restaurants nearby.

As a solo female traveler my first concern is always safety - this hotel is in a really great part of the city - in the “old town” - I walked to the main square (and all over) - always felt safe, always lots of foot traffic around.
The hotel itself was much nicer than I expected tbh. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable (great cozy bed), and a nice bathroom w big shower. The dining room is also very good, and the public areas are very nice.
One thing I didn’t realize til checking in is it’s a Marriott. I felt like that provided some of the best Marriott features (again like great bed and bathroom) but kept a boutique hotel feel.
5 min max walk to the main square. No noise at all at night. I’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotell. It looks like new and was very well located in Krakow. Close both to the old square and the big shoppingcenter.
The beds wer big and comfy and the room nicely decorated. But the BEST thing was the breakfast :) ALL you could wish for was available - including Prosecco.
