The location. Except that we were located on a southern corner and one block from Kierland Center-we had to walk almost over 1/4 mile up and out of the main gate to walk back down the block to be exactly 5 feet from where we started in the other side of a fence. Why they don’t have gates, controlled by fobs, is beyond me. Unit was basic and clean.

The reservation managing company gave me some frustration before our stay. They kept saying our reservation was for 5, when it was only for 2. They kept asking who the additional guests were even though I explain it was only 2 and the reservation I was looking at only said 2. Also, I had to send my “selfie with license “ 3x!!! They did not give us the entrance info until9:00 the night before! I was so worried it was all a scam . The units are not marked AT ALL. I had to walk up three flights of stone steps until I found our unit! Why aren’t they labeled?! I also was surprised there are no elevators! The Naugahyde futon sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on. The TV does not have basic cable. The faucet in the tub/shower is extending out the wall.

The pool, hot tub, exercise room, and grills all were nice and readily accessible.

I was told it had a view of golf course but the unit we got was on the busy road unfortunately. other than that the property was great.

I liked the location and that I felt it was clean.

we didn’t have a car, and we had to leave at 4:00am to catch our Uber ride and we were concerned how we were going to get out of the locked gates without a key pad to type in the entry code. we were able to get out through the gate “office” because it was unlocked.. doubt it is usually unlocked.

Not very clean, to much street traffic noise, you need better quality window blinds.
