We had trouble getting into Hôtel as no staff. Having the 2 rooms together both with balconies made a Hugh difference to us.

I have stayed many times en route to my home in Spain,never had a problem before.

I woke in the night iching all over and covered in bites from in the bed. I was very tired after a long drive with a long drive next day. I could not sleep in the bed. Covered the pillow and edge of duvet with a towel. I slept on top of duvet with clothes on to keep warm. I told the chap on reception in the morning,he made a note of the room 217. I am annoyed at paying for such a torturous night and think I should have had a refund.

This hotel is practically automated. You receive a code after payment that will open doors including that of your room. Clean, efficient, and simple.

The sink was leaking: each time you turned on the tap, water leaked out of the bottom pipes. Just to wipe up the water, used two towels. No one to call to mention the problem when I first entered the room. I would have preferred to change the room. Blood stains on the duvet.
