The location was excellent (just inside Porta di Sant'Agostino; parking very close for those who need it). Room was very clean and was large by Italian standards (plus: shower had amazing water pressure!). Breakfast was minimal (plus: all the "torte" were outstanding and made by owner, Antonia). The restaurant was undoubtedly the best we experienced during our three-night stay (based on portion size, price, choice, and quality).

Stairs could be difficult for someone physically challenged.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful village. The hosts are great and very welcoming, the room was charming, calm, and comfortable. I totally recommend!

Owner/operator attention to detail. Tastefully decorated, like-new condition. I felt like I was in a lovely, small hotel in Italia. It was exactly what I wanted in a beautiful small town in Italia.

Perfect location in the old town. Large modern room in a historic building. Friendly hosts.

Everyone was friendly, relaxed and nothing too much trouble. The location couldn't be better, halfway up the hill to the centre and halfway down to the town gates. Our room was large and cool, and the bathroom impressive. Attention to detail throughout the property.
