Breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Fresh fruit always a pleasure. Bacon and eggs on offer and different breads available. The bonus being the shuttle bus to three different locations at popular times as there was nothing nearby to walk to . I never realised it was so far from the centre. Very clean premises. Staff always looked neat and tidy and proud of their hotel. Staff were always friendly and reception was a star!

Service at the cafe at tea time a little slow and language difficulty with a couple of staff. Also thought prices a bit costly. Also no wine available , only beer and cocktails. The beach was too far to walk to , and so without the shuttle service we would have been way out of budget every day.

Quiet enviroment and shuttle service

locations a bit far from everything but they have a shuttle that takes you to town and back every hour, so it makes up for the location.

booked for 2 beds but only got 1.

We liked the warm atmosphere that the hotel staff provided. The pool was surrounded by greenery and it felt very cosy. The breakfast had a lot of variety for both western preferences (waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, tea) but also local (rice, soups, spices and sauces). Our room had a big balcony facing the sea. The hotel staff was very helpful when we had questions and coordinated our rides with the free hotel shuttle to the city and back.

Upon our late arrival on the first evening we decided to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. We sat down to eat but the options for vegetarians were very limited and the food lacked spicing. We had drinks at the hotel restaurant some days later but we could not finish them as there was too much sugar/honey in them. For a hotel that is far from the city we expected better food at the property.

a little way out from shopping and restaurant locations needed to rely on transport. They do offer free tuk tuk but this only runs once per hour until 7pm.

All the staff were polite and professional. Service with the courtesy car was beyond expectation.
